Meat, shrimp, and veg options are all outstanding. Stupendous flavors, quality ingredients, and creative combinations. We loved the (reasonably priced!) beer cocktails made with pilsner brewed in-house. It’s clear that lots of care and thought went into every aspect of this establishment. Highly recommend stopping here – even if it’s out of the way.

My husband and I usually don’t sit outside to eat but at Happy’s its the only option and the only way you want to experience this place. We enjoyed the atmosphere so much we hung out way after our meal was done, listening to the music and relaxing. My husband had the tacos, one each of the pork, lamb and potato. He said they were very good. I had the burrito bowl with breaded shrimp and thought the shrimp were over salted. I will try the tacos next time.

Easy 5 star! Happy’s newer location between Boyne Mountain and Boyne city. The burrito bowl with roasted pork was excellent and more filling than it looks! They brought their own beer too and make beer cocktail drinks!

Happy’s Taco Shop is the best food truck I’ve experienced. The tacos are always perfectly made. The menu is unique without getting weird. My absolute favorite here is the potato taco. The location in Boyne has a little bar with house made beer on tap. All of the seating is outside. Happy’s is a must visit spot for sure!

Food is awesome! Family tried a variety of tacos (steak, shrimp, smoked potato, and chilaquiles) and also got a few orders of chips and salsa. Everything was great. Seating area had a great atmosphere as well. If you enjoy a unique and delicious taco, this is your place!

We love getting ourselves some Tacos here. The crunch wrap is great too. The lamb cheeseburger taco was my favorite. But the ribeye and cheese is pretty great too.
