I expected a regular restaurant where you dine in but it was fast food restaurant. I was surprised. The service was great. The place was very clean. The bathroom is clean. I dined in and ordered at the register. I loved that the food was brought to our table which I didn’t expect. The lady who brought our food was very nice. I loved that you can see them make the biscuits by hand. When we got the food it was hot and looked okay. The biscuits are small and bland. The scrambled eggs looked like it was made from a box and bland. I was disappointed that the food was bland, the scrambled eggs didn’t look appetizing, the hash brown casserole didn’t have much sausage inside of it, and that it was a fast food place. Almost everything I ate was bland. They had a lot of condiments. Not good value for your money. I recommend this place for people on the go, have very good taste buds, or people who like to place their own seasoning on food.

My husband and I were in the area and were excited to try this place. A major disappointment. I had the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit. My husband had the spicy chicken, honey, egg, and cheese biscuit. We also ordered their fries.
My husband’s sandwich had a thin slice of chicken. There was more breading than chicken. My BEC had salty bacon. The fries were overseasoned and salty.
The biscuits should have been the star of the show. Sadly, they weren’t. They were not buttery, fluffy, or soft. They were kind of dry. I’m not sure if I would revisit this place when I’m back in the area. The total cost was over 16 bucks.

My husband and I recently discovered buiscuitville. It is at the opposite side of town from us but absolutely worth getting out of bed a bit early!
Hot and delicious food! Today they had us wait for literally 2 minutes and apologized by giving us blueberry muffins! YUMM!!
They always get through the line fast!

We have been to the new Biscuitville in Jacksonville once before. The food was great as well as the service which is why we returned. We went through the drive thru on 6/24/25 and ordered our food. Unfortunately, my hash brown casserole was a mess, even missing the sausage gravy. It was just a greasy plop of minced hash browns and cheese. Come on people, whatever you served me visually and physically did not come close what I ordered.

Ordered Catering on a Friday afternoon for Monday morning EARLY pickup. Loved that the restaurant called me an hour before pickup to check with me about the order. When I walked in the order was ready, HOT, and waiting on me. Manager reviewed with me items he included. AMAGING SERVICE! This was for an important meeting, and everyone loved it. The breakfast sandwiches are better than I can make at home!! It’s not that fast food type of egg. These sandwiches are freshly made to order. The biscuits are big and fluffy!! The service was great even though it was MOBBED!! I ate at one about 10 years ago in Burlington. It was as great as I remember!!

Went there with my family for my little sister’s birthday breakfast meal. Service was good but….She found a hair in her pancake. Grits were verrrrry verrrrrrry salty!!!!!! Told them about it and got back the same salty grits but watered down. They gave us the meal for free but we will never eat there again.

Was thinking of eating inside, however it was packed, so I just took my food home, although the drive thru line was also long. Price was about $51 for 3 different combo biscuits, a seasonal drink and the bvl bacon platter. You can decide for yourself if that is expensive or cheap. Food tasted pretty good. BVL bacon platter is somewhat simple breakfast dish, but it tasted good. My wife and dad also enjoyed their bacon biscuits with zero complains. The employees I interacted with were all friendly. I live close by so I will be returning.

This was my first time at Biscuitville and let me say that I was thoroughly impressed. My biscuits were nice and hot. My hashbrown was hot and crispy. My orange juice was sweet and delicious and that strawberry lemonade was refreshing and a delight. I will be coming to Biscuitville again.
