The worst subway. To start off they do not accept coupons. They also do not have a sign that says so, so how are people supposed to know they don’t accept any. The sandwiches are poorly made with barely any meat. We paid $25 for 2 foot longs. Definitely not worth it. We paid for basically just the bread. I do not recommend this Subway location.

This subway has clearly some of the worst trainer sandwich artists I’ve ever dealt with. Three separate orders over the course of three weeks via Uber Eats, and they get basic, basic things wrong that I entered on the order correct such as doing flatbread instead of Italian bread or even giving me a different sandwich – egg, ham, and cheese instead of the egg and cheese I ordered. Avoid this subway.

I was very happy with this place, but then I noticed that the place over charges on the cookie and churros and the pretzels by one dollar extra. And they can do that because they’re owned locally. If Subway says it should be a dollar shorter, what gives them the right to charge extra? And if they’re overcharging that what else are they overcharging in the menu? Keep your eyes open, ask questions, and don’t come here if you want to be overcharged

I had the worst experience the other day at this Subway, I first off want to say when I walked in and was face to face with the girl who was about to take my order she did not even greet me or speak to me she just started putting on her gloves starring at me, so I was forced to start ordering without her asking me anything and next I wanted a kids meal sandwich with only bacon because my child is very picky and I always go to subway to order this and there was never a problem, but at this subway the girl told me that they could not do it anymore with only bacon but I went previously and they did do it so I don’t understand why they couldn’t this time. I’m definitely never going back here they had very rude customer service !! I ended up leaving and not purchasing anything, and I was going to purchase 4 sandwiches total but because of there poor attitude it changed my mind. I wish I would’ve gotten the girls name. But the Owner or manager definitely needs to put there employees on check because it’s not okay.

I will never be returning to this Subway again.
Terrible service by the cashier, followed by a manager that did not care for customer service whatsoever! She even said, “If you have a problem, call that number.” And pointed to a sign above the menu, and walked away. I hate posting negative reviews, but this one Subway experience really upset me and Id rather not see anyone else be treated this way.

Excellent worker , Rus . I was in the restaurant for about 20 minutes, and I had never seen someone working so hard by keeping the internet orders on track and helping people like me who just walked in. Thank you so much, Rus, for putting an excellent example of customer service.

Another place they ask for tip… like it’s not enough with the money they get paid.
If it’s not enough… find another job.
They ask from 15% and up, it’s uncomfortable to have to say no tip and you end up giving 1 dollar just so they won’t treat or look at you differently.

Came in around 3:00 on a Wednesday and for some reason it was really busy, there was only one worker there and she did an amazing job juggling a bunch of different orders. I believe her name was Vivian, she deserves a raise!

Was overcharged by a young guy. I often eat a sandwich 3 times a week after gym. So I know how much 2 sandwich cost me. This location doesn’t have prices, so my server says it depends on what I order. He overcharged me $25 for two sandwich that normally cost way less. I asked him 3 times to check his price. And because I didn’t want to make a scene nor hold up the line, I paid anyways. It has been over 12 months and I will never go to this location ever.
