good prices, 17.50 for emma’s bagel and turkey sandwich. good quality toppings. the cashier was nice and helped me pick something from the menu. i loved how many regulars i saw! people seem to love this place for the food and the service. street parking nearby. take out, no dine in.

A small shop with lots of breakfast options! Super friendly lady, too. We got the avocado/walnuts smoothie and a croissant sandwich. Total came out to be about $25. It’s worth a stop to grab a quick bite if you’re in the area!

Emma’s breakfast is the best! We got there while waiting for our car rental to open and it was definitely worth it!! The bagels were fresh and tasty, and the green smoothie was delicious!! ….the best is Emma, she is so kind and warm, she called us “jovenazos”, how sweet!!! We would loved she had tables to stay a while to enjoy our breakfast, other than that, it is the best!!

Since opening my office on Market Street, Emma’s Snack Shop has been one of my staple stores. Mostly cold sandwiches and salads, but I love the chili cheese dog. I like to counter it with Emma’s Avocado Salad, to please the Health and Gluttony gods 🙂
Emma and Nicholas have been in that location for 20+ years and I can see why. Everyone there is friendly.
The only caveat is that it’s tiny inside, so for a claustrophob like me, I stand outside if it’s crowded.
If you’re in the area and you need a quick bite, stop by and say Hi to Emma.
Metered parking. No bathrooms. No sitting area.

I happened upon Emma’s Snack Shop when wandering for lunch. I’m autistic, so sometimes I get overwhelmed when trying to figuring out eating… hence the wandering. Emma’s was such a wonderful find! Not only is there an amazing variety, but the service is top notch. There’s a lovely woman who’s been there each time I went, and she’s so wonderfully sweet. She reminds me of a loving mother. So if you find yourself in the area, treat youself!

You must go here if you’re planning on coming from or going to LAX. This is honestly a great area to hang out with lots of quality food. But Emma’s Snack Shop is my favorite.
Pastrami sandwich, sausage breakfast sandwich, chicken salad, spinach wrap, chili cheese Fritos, green smoothies and juices (add banana). Get it all.
Emma is also the sweetest person and I was thankful to have met her. Definitely try this place out.
