EJ sucks. The manager was great at the window, but great attitude and service cant make up for bad food and worse service to start with. My sandwich and fries weren’t even half a portion, my fries were stale and seemed like they had been refried, and the roast beef and cheddar sandwich was loaded down with horsey sauce for some reason?

I wish I could give them 5 stars bc the service was great, but my beef ‘n cheddar was almost cold and it had hardly any cheese on it. I had to use my cheese cup for my sandwich when it was supposed to be for my curly fries.

I stood at the counter waiting and waiting while the workers took care of drive-through order after drive-thru order. They didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there. After 5 minutes I left.
I should not have to go through the drive-thru to get my meal. I don’t understand that because I want to eat inside the restaurant I have to wait even longer.
I’m not going to your website to get a coupon for a free sandwich because I’ve been let down. I am just not coming here anymore. And nobody else should either

This is the best Arby’s around. Customer service is always great. Food is always hot and fresh. It doesn’t matter if you go here in the morning or late night you will receive the same service and fresh food. Excellent conditions and clean, from the parking lot to inside. I recommend this place hands down. Prices are mid range but it’s always hot and fresh!
