First time trying Biggby, because I am a Starbucks customer!! Thought we’d give them a shot. My husband and I got two frozen lattes!! To my amazement, it was good, strong coffee flavor. I love sweet coffee, but can’t have sweet coffee!! This had the right amount of sweet. The price was up there, because I can get two coffees and a lemon loaf for that price. But, they do have a good tasting coffee. Would we go back, yep, for sure!! Give them a try!! The service was good and quick!! Loved it!

I usually love biggby however today i ordered 2 ham and cheese bagels, when i opened one of my bagels there was a piece of hair sticking out, pulled out a long piece of brown hair with cheese all on it. Disgusting. Called Biggby and the manager stated everyone had hair bonnets on, but we did not see anyone with a hair bonnet on. The GM said they would make a new one if i came back but I couldn’t justify coming back, it really grossed me out. Just be cautious you’re not eating hair!!!

This Biggby Brew Crew is amazing! So welcoming and friendly and they really take the time to get to know the customers and ensure every drink is made fresh and to perfection! The line moves quickly and the place is so cute and fun! The owners are ALWAYS helping out and contributing to the community in any way they can. Whether it’s discounts to school employees or fund raising for the swat team, they ALWAYS show up, show out and show support. I cannot say enough about this location. Every visit is a joy. I highly recommend a visit if you haven’t been.

I’d never heard of Biggby Coffee until I found myself in Portage, Indiana looking for a good local coffee shop. I ended up choosing this spot over other local options and I have no regrets. I went through the drive-thru which even though it was fairly busy, it was moving quickly. The service was great – everyone working there was very friendly. I ordered a black coffee which was great – I’m a fan of their coffee. Overall it’s a cool local coffee spot with good service and great coffee.

I went here a couple of weeks ago and got a chai latte that was delicious. I’ve been back twice since and both times my chai latte was basically just a cup of milk. I couldn’t taste the chai at all. It’s a bummer because I really loved that chai latte from a couple weeks ago, but I don’t think I can justify going back.

I’m so happy Biggby is now in Portage! They offer a great mix of unique fruity drinks and a wide range of hot and cold coffee options. What really sets them apart is their creative flavors and the rotating seasonal sandwiches and desserts — there’s always something new to try!
Personally, I love the Blue Razz Fusion. I’ve completely replaced my morning coffee with it — I’m hooked! Right now, I’m sipping on the Running Wild Wildberry, and it’s just as good. The drinks are always made consistently, and the breakfast sandwiches are THE best around — every one I’ve tried has been delicious.
I also appreciate the coupon sheets they give out from time to time — I always try to use every one! The customer service is friendly and welcoming, too.
My only suggestion is to find a better way to handle the long lines, especially on weekends and on Wednesdays when it’s Buy One Get One Free during the summer. I’ve seen people drive away because the wait can get pretty long, and sometimes the staff has to repeat orders several times. Maybe an extra hand or a more streamlined system would help keep things moving.
Other than that, this Biggby is my go-to spot in the mornings!

Best coffee place anywhere nearby. Lovely, friendly staff every single time. The drinks taste amazing and are always consistent with quality.
The deals are better than you can get anywhere. My husband & I have never been disappointed, & at this point have totally become Biggby loyalists. Never had any issues!
The property is kept so nice & clean as well, the owners and management do a great job running their business, we are always satisfied & impressed.

I moved out of state and go to Biggby whenever possible. Go for the coffee, not the tea. Get an extra shot of espresso and ask to make it less sweet. You’ll be happy.
