Lord!!!! whatever you do dont ask for slaw at the window if you forgot to order it at the speaker!!!! It was like pulling teeth to get an order of slaw at 3.50 a serving! Gesh. Then we order 2 breasts and got 1 breast and 1 leg! Not to mention we waited 30 mins in the drive thru line and got and incorrect order and were hasseled for a cup of slaw!!!! Ugh come on Gallatin. I’d rather have a good dose of the claps!!!!!

Waited 15 minutes in drive thru. Ended up placing order on app. Waited 10 minutes & go notice that my order was ready. Went inside and they hadn’t even started order. Waited THIRTY more minutes for food. Manager was doing most of the work while others was standing around. She kept hollaring at the others to get nuggets, strips and biscuits multiple times.
Guy running lobby cash register was very patient and helpful even though there was “Karens” ordering and complaining. Hats off to the night manager on 3/15/2023 as well. She was doing all she could to get orders out. Even with people complaining. She definitely needs recognized.
New chizza was good even though cheese and sauce was cold. I will definitely try it again.

Food is great, wait in line for over 30 to 45 mins, finally got my order, I ordered 2 famous bowls, a chicken pot pie and a chocolate cake, they didn’t give me the chocolate cake I paid for,they threw away my receipt without asking me, I didn’t have time to check due to the fact the line wait is so long. Im not trying to be late for work. I tried going here twice earlier this week but said screw it sitting in the same spot for over 20 minutes. The cherry ontop besides them not giving me the cake I ordered is how do you not put in a forks for the famous bowls.

Ask if I could wait 15 min for tenders, not a problem. Ended up waiting 25 min and they did give me an extra drink and cookie for it. I got home and it was missing one tender and a fry I ordered. Don’t really mind an extra wait, but I’d like all my food I waited and paid for. I will be back because the food I did get was and is always good

Ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, It’s hard as a rock and literally not worth eating. Notice the darkness, that is crust only and old at that. The 1st photo is the inside, no chicken. I should have checked it before I drove home so that is a lesson learned. Besides the man at the register the staff is not friendly at all as usual.

Drive through wsit was nearly an hour. It was a busy time of day, but that was excessive. Ordered a family meal. Green beans were cold. Everything else was hot. Associate at drive through was friendly and I could tell they were filling orders as quickly as possible.

Spent over 30 minutes in a gridlocked drive through where people were also swerving around each other just to try and leave the dining room parking, just to have a rude woman take my order and say “is that it? And with no time to respond at all good I guess so” to then go up to the drive through and find out I still would have to had wait. The people there are rude as hell and the service is unbelievably not fast food. I could’ve and should’ve looking back went to the store and bought/cooked my own chicken in the oven. It would’ve been faster at that point. Hell I mightve been able to raise a damn chicken by the time I would’ve gotten my food. Never going back was essentially locked in a 30+ minute gridlock for nothing.

3rd time doing a mobile order 10-15 mins BEFORE I needed it so it would be ready. Three times now it has t been started a. Do have been about to eat my lunch twice (I only get 30mins) and waited over 30mins this time. It’s almost 10pm with one other car here…
