We offer 14 inch or 10 inch traditional thin crost brick oven pizzas, sandwiches, caprese salads, Greek salads, pasta or special of the day will be offered Fridays and Saturdays. Our fresh ingredients are mostly organic including our spring mix greens and cucumbers. Our cooked ham, prosciutto ham, hot salami and San Marzano tomatoes are imported from Italy. We do not use peanut oil on our Dough, only organic olive oil.

Ever since I first had Pazzos when it was still a food truck I was blown away. Every time I eat some pizza it’s always a good experience. The owner is always friendly and happy to be spinning the dough. Service is outstanding and the food is always magnifica. Especially the Margherita! We love Pazzos! We used to drive to durango for fire grilled pizza but this is better and half the price. Their Gigi’s bread with cheese is amazing and such a bargain! The owner, Luca, is so friendly and his staff are great. There is very limited seating, but it’s ideal for takeout or a small party. This is the best pizza in town and priced well. Don’t miss out on this Farmington!

I’m no Dave Portnoy, but this is the best pizza I’ve ever had. I had a 14″ Boscaiola. It was absolutely remarkable. Fresh ingredients and cooked in a stone oven. I can’t recommend this place enough. Keep in mind of its limited hours.

Crust is thin, sauce is good, fresh veggies and meats. Pizza is baked in a brick oven. Small space with limited seating. (8 chairs) Only 2 people are working in the kitchen, so expect to wait. I did stand there for 8 minutes before I was greeted, and my order was taken. Pizza took 20min, probably because they had a few orders ahead of me. The pizza was delicious.
