Ordered sesame chicken with fried rice dinner combination and crab rangoons. Was a 45min wait. Not worth the time or money. I called and let them know the crab rangoons and egg roll was not fresh, even hard in most areas and she reassured me it was all made fresh. Go to Hunan House!

This is my wife’s and I go to Chinese place. It feels like I’ve been transported back to my childhood in the 90s. The food is always of amazing quality and always arrives fast and fresh. I will warn you if they say 45 minutes they really mean 25 minutes. That may not work for everyone but we love it. Staff are pretty friendly and definitely hard working folks. Dinner is their busiest time from what I’ve seen. I highly recommend their crab Rangoon, dumplings, kung Pao chicken, and beef lomain. I do wish they had shrimp toast though.

First time trying this place, the egg roll was toddler kids size and tasted awful. For the price paid for my meal I could have went somewhere with dinning service. Lady kept rushing at the counter. No utensils given with the order. it’s 29 degrees outside and warmer than the restaurant inside.

Beware of online ordering. I have been going to this place for over 20 years and the online ordering ruined everything. I called after my delivery order was sent as pickup. I was met with nothing but hostility as if I was in the wrong. I offered to come pick up my order as there was obviously a language barrier to overcome on the phone. I showed up, explained. She ripped my head off again so I told her I’d like to have my money back. Immediately a phone camera came out and she called the police. The police came, we agreed that the restaurant was at fault but I would need to take them to small claims court to get my money returned. I left without food or my money and they lost a 20 year customer because of their lack of professionalism

Honey Chicken was soggy.
Fried rice tasted and smelled like some chemical.
Crab rangoon were good, although rather small (almost bit sized) compared to where I have had others.
Even the fortune cookie was stale.
Needless to say, I will not be returning.
