Stopped here for dinner since the downtown area was super crowded. We walked right in and got seated right away. Fair amount of seating and there is also a small stage and dance floor. Apparently they have live music at times ( not the day I visited). As like anywhere , help is hard to get. Servers ware young so give them a little break. Food was outstanding. Had chicken wings and chips and dip for appetizers. Brisket sandwich for dinner. Huge cuts of Brisket on the sandwich. Chicken was flavored very well. Modest pricing. Full bar with lots of options. NOT a romantic type of setting, more open but nicely decorated. It’s good BBQ if that’s what you’re after. I recommend stopping.

I went in to try this bbq out after lunch and before dinner, so there weren’t many people in there. The service from the young lady was great.
I checked out the menu online before going, but they had an updated menu when I sat down. Prices seemed to be the same, but one difference was that I could not get brisket for lunch unless I bought a sandwich.
I did try the ribs and chicken wings and potato salad. The ribs had a nice bark and flavor, and they could have been a little more smokey. The wings I ordered were dry rubbed, which I like, but they do offer them wet with different sauces. I asked if they could do all flats, and they did. I’m not sure if that is the norm or if it was that they had extra time. It was much appreciated.
The house rub was good. The house bbq sauce was okay but actually chunky like crushed tomatoes, so it was a little hard to dip in without getting much on the meat. The bourbon peach? Bbq sauce was good. Shake the bottle before you pour, for sure.
The potato salad was chunky and good. The corn bread that I got was a bit dense for my liking and a little dry.
My test for great bbq is eating it cold the next day. A little tough but not bad at all. The wing I could not eat cold, it had to be warmed up.
Nice atmosphere with live entertainment in the evenings. Check their schedule or stop in and pick one up.
Overall, a good place to stop and eat some bbq. Price was fair.

Food was amazing. The ribs were the star, but the kale salad almost managed to steal the show. Atmosphere is amazing-sports on TV, open and uncluttered seating. Our server, Taylor, was great!

Been here twice now. The pulled pork and beef brisket are on point. Can’t wait to try more of the smoked offerings.
Today I had a brisket sandwich. which comes with french fries, something I’d usually ‘upgrade’ to a slaw or potato salad. I’m glad I went with the fries because these were some kind of spiral cut that I’ve not seen before (see pic) and they were straight delicious. Perfect crispyness too.
I did add a side of potato salad, to see what they’re working with and I was very impressed. I love a potato salad with generous amount of dill.
Sometimes it all comes together, and for me, it came together at Stoke BBQ this afternoon. Do yourself ae favor and see about their smoked offerings.

First time here. It was excellent. Service, food. Just be sure you go with an appetite. The ribs were perfect, loaded fries. Now have dinner for two more nights.

Very cool spot we happened upon passing through town after a day at Royal Gorge Bridge. The brisket sandwich was very tasty, as was the Mac and cheese. Wife had the ribs. They were awesome as well! Cool jazz band called “The Angle” was playing live. All around great experience and a very clean place.

We are here for an early dinner and happy hour. I had the brisket sandwich and hubby had the smoked turkey dinner. Both were very good! Live music I believe plays several nights of the week and they also have a dancefloor as well as a separate bar with pool tables. We will definitely be returning in the near future

I ordered the wings (6-$9.95 I believe) and a side of Mac and cheese
To begin with let me say the bartender was super nice and understanding, no issues there.
When my food was brought out i immediately noticed how over cooked and small my wings were. (If you’re going to smoke your wings prior to flash frying them, you need medium to large wings). I voiced my opinion to the manager and he was condescending and kept repeating to me that wings are expensive…and he basically said, what do you want me to do? That’s how they come and that the only thing he could do was offer me a “little” discount. Didn’t offer me another meal or more wings or apologize for the failed experience.
Personally I’d raise the price of the appetizer and add more wings, or hey, get regular size wings. I left w/o touching my food or paying. You have a choice on where you spend your money! Make it!
So I have no idea how “good” the food really is and I’ll never find out….

Best BBQ place in town! We started at the bar as there was a short wait for a table. Enjoyed some beers in the open area with comfy chairs and a view of the space. For dinner, our service was attentive and great. Ordered the full rack of ribs to share – always 5 stars in my book when the meat falls of the bone.
Lots of sides to choose from. We shared the mango jalapeño slaw and potato salad – both were very tasty. No room for dessert but we will be back!

Delicious Food! I love the Teriyaki and Buffalo Wings, Loaded Fries, and the Smoked Meats. Very nice staff, clean with a great music venue! Shows are so fun here and if you get to hot from dancing they have a big outdoor space with seating. Highly recommend this place.
