Bunch of thieves, I thought before I was cheated but it was my fault I told him I didn’t need the receipt and just used Apple Pay got home seen my charge was like $43 for 3 kids and 1 adult mmhmm seem far fetched. Especially since I only get (3) 6in subs and a pizza. Today I got the same only thing changed. Since I got the daily special $6.99. That comes with chips or 2 cookies, I added 3 more cookies so each kid can have 1. Got to counter learn only 1 of my meals would be the daily special ok cool. But then he charged me the full amount for the sub and 2 cookies. I asked for 3 additional cookies because he said they come in packs of 3. It wasn’t until I got home I remembered the recent scam. Checked my receipt and yes he cheated me again. It will be a cold day in hell before he gets luck, karma is an itch. Money not the problem it’s the fact he literally ok with stealing. Like most places you can see what’s charged before his machine is different you only see the total in the end.

This is the second time i have been scammed by the folks at this location and each time i raise a concern, no one can speak or understand English! I have contacted the Guest services twice and get emails that say the issue has been resolved but there is literally zero contact or effort from them. These folk are scamming customers and over charging for items. I used a coupon that was sent in the mail and the man in the restaurant told me they would honor it. Come to find out i was overcharged and when i asked about the discrepancy , they told me they would give me a discount if i returned at that moment. No refund, no sorry, just a “come now and i give you discount” . I am beyond heated and plan on taking this as far as i can go because i will not allow anyone to take my hard earned money and be dismissive of my problems. This location is trash and to add insult to injury, that last two times i ate from there, my kid and i ended up sick!! DO NOT EAT FROM THIS LOCATION UNLESS YOU WANT AN FBI AND HAVE YOUR MONEY TAKEN!!!

Sign had prices for sandwiches posted however they tried to charge me $.50 more (before tax). I pointed this out on the receipt and suddenly no one could speak English. They gave me $.40 back and claimed that the additional was for tax which is incorrect. Do not go to the Quarry location.

I placed my order through the app and all 4 items were made to order. The app was easy to navigate. When I arrived, my order was ready. I just had to grab the chips and fountain drinks. I’m glad I ordered ahead, because there was a line to place an order inside the store. From what I saw, it was clean inside.

On 12/20/2022 at approximately 1 PM I attempted to purchase 3 footlong subs for $17.99 at the Quarry Lake Subway, 21209, Restaurant 44106, using a valid, in-date, Subway paper coupon from a sheet of Subway coupons we had received. Prior to ordering, I expressly asked the preparer whether coupons were accepted, because I had some concern they may not be, and was told yes, they were. I then ordered 3 subs. I prepared the list of 3 subs at home by looking at the Subway menu, and made absolutely sure that none were excluded by the terms of the coupon, which did exclude certain other subs. Upon trying to pay, I was asked to scan the coupon. The clerk then gave me various answers, saying the coupon had already been used (it had not) or that something was excluded from the store system. The clerk was very difficult to understand due to a thick accent, but he then told me to try to use a different coupon for two subs, and that I’d pay more for one sub. As I noted above, NONE of the 3 subs I ordered were excluded from the terms of the coupon. I am a savvy consumer and, though it doesn’t much matter here, an attorney (I know how to read the fine print), and expected to receive the balance of the bargain and wanted these subs at the offered coupon price, but there was a long line of customers behind me and the customer immediately behind me was becoming belligerent. As such, I elected to leave without the order, EXCEPTIONALLY DISSATISFIED with the customer experience. Again, I came in to the restaurant and expressly asked PRIOR to ordering about coupon acceptance and was told yes, and NOTHING I ordered was excluded from the coupon. This experience was a textbook example of how NOT to treat a customer.

great service! workers there are always friendly, efficient, and bend over backwards to help you. there is some language barriers there, but I realized that if I listen closely/carefully, then I can understand their english (getting better every week).
i normally order my food via the app, and it is always ready and accurate when I come in to pick it up. i highly recommend going here and using the subway app.

Yesterday I got horrible food poisoning I AM NOT THE ONLY PERSON WHOSE GOTTEN FOOD POISONING FROM HERE I KNOW MANY PEOPLE WHO HAVE.
I have called the health department, hopefully they will do something about it.

Its always a pleasant visit with these folks. The cleanliness of the restaurant is awesome all they way to the bathroom. All of the ingredients seem to very fresh and juicy. I love this Subway ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
