First time at this location and 10/10. The guy that took my order was enthusiastic, kind, and fast. I’ve seen that stores will heat the meat if you’re pregnant (which I’m not lol) but I asked anyway and he has zero issue doing it for me which was so nice! Store was clean, all employees were kind- but seriously shout out to the dude that agreed to heat my turkey! I wish I had gotten his name so I could add it to this review.

This brand new business in Thomasville appears to be a very welcome addition to the city. It’s located in Southgate Shopping Mall with plenty of parking available for easy access.

The dining area is a bit small with only about 6 tables that seat 4 people each. It did appear that that most patrons were getting their subs to go so the few tables seemed to be sufficient.

The dining room is bright with a clean look to it. There were plenty of employees on hand (I’m sure there were extra hands with it being a grand opening). All of the employees were pleasant. One came around asking the tables if everything was good.

I had a sub in a bowl. It’s not on the menu, which I felt was a misstep on their part. I only knew about it because the person with me had heard about it. The bowl was prepared with plenty of meats and cheese and customized to my liking. My companion had a sub and really enjoyed it.

Overall, I think it’s a great sub place and I’ll more than likely frequent it some more.

My wife wanted a sub her first day home after giving birth. She ate about 5 bites of a sub when she found a dead fly pushed into the bread of her sub. I don’t know how you can’t notice you have flies being smashed into your bread before wrapping it.

They were out of the bread I ordered online (not a big deal but I was never notified)
When I opened my buffalo sandwich it fell apart in my hands.
My chicken bacon ranch had barely anything in it. It was served to me like a hot dog rather than a sub.
I called when I opened my sandwich. The woman was very rude and saying uh huh as I was speaking. She said she would need to wait for her “big boss” tomorrow and would call me in the morning. No call so I called around 4 pm- before their dinner rush and after their lunch rush to not be rude. I got the same girl she was rude stating well we didn’t call you because my big boss didn’t come in. I was understanding and empathetic. She said she was texting them right now and I thanked her then she hung up. I never received a call back.
This was extremely disappointing as I LOVE Jersey mikes and this is the only near my home- but after this and my recent past orders at this location- I would rather drive an extra 10-15 minutes to one where the workers aren’t inconvenienced by your presence and provide good food. Putting this here hoping the “big boss” will see it and make this right.

Went 1st day of opening. Ordered a #43 Chipotle Cheese Steak and a Chicken Bacon Ranch. Was a few people there as expected. The Manager, I assume was working very hard at keeping the new employees moral up. Everyone on staff was very polite and in good spirits. Food was done in a few minutes promptly, was cooked to order. And they got the order correct, hold this, add that. And it was delicious. I will definitely go back and try again. If they can keep this high standard of fun, polite service and food quality, I think it will be a very nice addition and much needed restuarant to our town.

Hands down the best jersey Mike’s I have ever been. Sub was a generous size and everything was fresh. Store was super clean and employees were really pleasant. Def will continue to keep coming back here. Thanks again. It was sat sept 13 at 820 pm. Give this team a raise.

This was, by far, the worst experience we’ve ever had at any Jersey Mike’s. I placed my order from the app. When my wife went inside, they were still working on the order. No problem.

Issue 1: Nobody told my wife that the subs were finished, even though they knew she was waiting.

Issue 2: Whoever is working on the hot subs barely put any meat and other items on the sandwich. This is completely opposite from the front, which really did a good job with the cold subs

If I’m spending over $50 for 4 subs, I expect to not still be hungry after I eat. I pay a premium price for quality food and service. I received neither at this location. Poor service and poor quality for hot subs. I would not recommend going to this location.

We were there about 4 pm just my husband and I in store with 2 employees. Screwed up a #8 reg sub big one … Girl making sandwiche was a walking tattoo billboard including her face and a huge cow ring through her nose (scary) ! The other girl messed up toppings my husband wanted and smothe4ed mayo on bread, very messy experience! My sand was a club#13 I think, not roast beef club. Tattoo girl used white bread not the rosemary/cheesy one , very skimpy on meat … The other girl used butt ends of tomato I asked her not to, she put onion I hate onion and smothered it with lettuce when we were cashing out I asked her you did put my Xtra bacon on çlub right? She said the club doesn’t have bacon. I told her to read the board yesterday it does and I want double bacon please. She pulled out my sandwich unwrapped it and stuck 2 strips on each end stuffed the lettuce in best she could pushed in the tomato and rewrapped in the messy paper then pushed it in bag and said There you go!
I had I think 153 points so one of them should have been free, she wàs rude when I asked about 1 free using my points, she said, I suppose you want me to change it I said yes please I told you before you totalled it. Her response … Okay okay and she made one free using my points.
I’m fairly new to NC but this Jersey Mike’s is not customer friendly … I have been a frequent customer for many years I am very disappointed in the staff at Randolph St location!
