I placed an online order for my food that said it would be ready at 4:40 p.m. I don’t mind giving Grace because I understand people get busy especially during football games. However, it is never acceptable for staff to completely ignore anyone who walks in the door. They don’t even come up to the front register to ask if anybody has an online order to pick up or is trying to place an order at the register they intentionally hide in the back, avoid eye contact, actively ignore you when you call for them and come out when they feel like it. It’s not okay, especially when my food is cold after having waited 25 minutes past my pickup time for it.

During my visit, I was informed by the staff that there was no electricity. While I understand that power outages are often beyond your control, the behavior of the employees was completely unacceptable. The worker I spoke with was not at all apologetic and displayed a significant lack of professionalism given the situation. Being rude just fanned me off like he did care, no explanation about my refund or anything. I really didn’t appreciate him acting in such a street manner. From my observation he seemed a little intoxicated.

Be careful if you order online at this location, they will charge you at the register even if you paid online. The worker at the register said the online charge should drop, but now I have two charges for the same meal. Contacted support online, and still waiting to hear a response from the store.

Ordered online during the Bears game. Food took 4, that’s right, F.O.U.R. hours and was somehow still cold when we got it home. The store was understaffed although they should have known that football and wings go together like peanut butter and jelly. Absolute disgrace. I’d give zero stars if possible.

Waited over 45 minutes to get food, place became packed with very angry people because nothing was coming out of the kitchen. Food was cold and under cooked. Did not taste right, so didn’t even eat after waiting all that time. Super disappointing!

Ordered 10 mango habanero got 7 of them, ordered ranch got blue cheese ordered potatoe wedges didn’t get them. When I tried to call about it , I was put on hold for over 10 minutes. App says to call store just all wrong!! This location is terrible

went there and the food was good, they added the perfect amount of sauce no part of chicken was shown , also gave extra ranch on the side service was a 20/10 , atmosphere was nice, a guy named si gives a smile every time u walk in to brighten your day

Edit* I decided to go back after 4 months. This was 20 mins ago. I stood at the register for 15 mins and had to speak up to get my order taken. I get home and my order was wrong. They gave me spicy wings instead of regular. I see they responded to my initial review and clearly that response is a load of bullshit. Do not go here. The service is terrible and the employees are incompetent.
I walked in and ordered my food at exactly 10 pm on Friday Dec 27th. I didn’t receive my food until 10:45 pm. Saw multiple people walk in, order, and get their food before me. I only ordered 6 boneless wings. Also, I asked for honey BBQ sauce on the side but when I got home (I live only 2 blocks away) the wings were cold, the sauce was on the wings, and it was the wrong sauce. Once it hit the 45 min mark of waiting I asked the employee what was going on and where was my food because I sat watching 2 employees talk on their phones and dance to music instead of working. The employee was rude and kept saying “I didn’t take your order.” I wasn’t aware that the employee that takes the order is always the one who prepares the food. Btw I even called and asked to speak to a manager and the employee who answered the phone said 6x “I can help you. What do you want to order.” I finally hung up as it became obvious I was not going to speak to a manager. Overall this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had with eating fast food.
