Ordered 4 pasta bowls. Received 3 of them barely half full. My wife called and spoke to the general manager. He claimed he needed the items back which is absolutely ridiculous. We have two children that were hungry and ate the food while we were in the phone with the store. I was a manager for a similar local pizza place for years and this is absolutely horrible customer support. I was offered more options when placing a complaint through the app but our kids were hungry so we needed a different solution than a credit.

Driver was fine. Food wasn’t prepared properly and I got a gross dip mostly made of cheese. Maybe 2 oz of marinara. I’ve had it before and it was never like this. Not edible. It’s the only thing I actually like on the menu and after this I’d rather just not even try. Photot is after o tried to find the marinara.

a disgusting experience at this Dominos tonight. i’ve ordered here pretty regularly & usually don’t have problems. tonight, my mother decided to order and we received GUM on our pizza. when bringing the pizza back, there were members of the staff laughing huddled together talking about my mothers pizza with gum…what’s so funny over gum in someones food?!?!
sure the manager was helpful but overall it was an experience i cant forget now…didn’t even realize there was gum to begin with until my mother had taken a couple bites
the reason i’m evening posting this not for just the gum is also the disrespect of the employees laughing blatantly about a serious matter in front of us.

I love dominoes, practically order every other week. I usually don’t go to this one but i certainly won’t be back. I get perfect cheese bread and it’s always wonderful except from this place. it’s dry, not cheesy, and tiny. I won’t be eating from this one again.

Been coming to this store for quite a while now. I guess everyone’s experience can be different. Today for me it was great. Due to a family miscommunication two orders got placed at two different pickup times. Went to store to pick up one order and asked if they could move up the second order due to a mistake. No problem. Staff was understanding, and changed it right away. Got it in under 15 mins. Great service and awesome staff.

If a company offers to be able to pay in cash then they should be able to accept cash payments. The driver could not break 100 dollar bill. The option was to drive to the store which why would I do that if I ordered delivery? Wouldn’t I have just drived to the store in the first place? Then the manager got on the phone and said a lot of people pay with card so they can’t take cash payments. If this was the situation they should have reached out until waiting all the time to get to my house then let me know they can’t operate as every other business.

I had interactions with 4 individuals i had a discrepancy the way it was handled was professional respectful and timly
unfortunately I did not get both of thr drivers names thr first was a gentleman super kind spoke of mew items on the menu the second driver a woman super sweet and paid attention to del instructions especially with the pups she was adorable.
The other 2 employees was Aj then the manager Kristen. Aj was quick to respond and manage the expectation. Kristen was kind she paid attention when we spoke actually cared on a personal level I felt as if I was the highest priority thank you to the crew you guys are great!
