First of all Placed an online order at 120pm for a chicken Caesar wrap it didn’t come until almost 230pm the wrap literally has no chicken on it i called to inform them of the error when the worker literally says i put chicken on it i told the guy who answered the phone it’s no reason to lie about a wrap there’s no chicken on it he says ma’am you don’t need to call back with your attitude at this point just go head issue the refund and i will nevvvvvverrrrr be back to this jimmy John’s again not to mention the pop is also flat

I’ve been here a few times and I’d say it’s pretty inconsistent. I get the same thing almost every time, 16 easy lettuce extra mayo. I’m not sure what’s up with the turkey but the last couple times it’s tasted and smelled a bit off. If you’re sandwich has turkey on it check it out before you leave the store.

Absolutely unbelievable. I have online ordered from this place 5 times now and it takes 40-60mins just to get my sandwich delivered. I have never gotten it in under 30 mins. What happened to fast delivery???
