very pissed with this place, ordered a large macaroni and they didn’t fill it to the top. Asked for Louisiana hot sauce and I got a lot of honey packets instead. No hot sauce whatsoever. I ordered their new pickle rub sandwich and it was a plain sandwich with barely any sauce.

I understand differing hours because of the holidays, but when you have DIFFERENT hours on Google, Uber Eats, and on your window, you’re bound to have issues. Tonight, Christmas Eve, Google posted they are open until 9 pm (WITH THE HOLIDAY HOURS CONFIRMATION). I drove a half an hour for the BOGO on Uber Eats, which I put the order in at 7:45. When I got there at 8:15, they FIRST claimed they didn’t have any Uber Eats orders. Then, they said they were closed. When I asked why my order wasn’t ready then, they kept repeating they closed at 8. But if you received an order 15 minutes before closing, you should FULFILL that order!! I’m appalled at not only how horrible the service was today, but also how horrible the management of this building was tonight. If y’all had your crap together and made sure things were correct across the board, this wouldn’t have happened. And I wasn’t the only one affected tonight!! Workers confirm there were 3 other orders BESIDES me dealing with this!! Shame on y’all.

The chicken tenders, seasoned fries and biscuit was the best, i would rather eat here than an expensive restaurant. The food is just as good and a $100 cheaper. The employees go out of their way to make sure you have the correct order and answer any questions.

We ordered multiple family dinners online for a birthday party. When we altered one of our orders all the sides must have defaulted back to french fries, unbeknownst to us. Upon picking up our order we realized in the car that we were missing rice and beans, mac n cheese and mashed potatoes. Realizing what must have happened I went back in with the fries and explained our mistake. Sergio and JP (I think that was his name) were AWESOME! They swapped it out, got us the sides we intended and said to go ahead and take the fries anyway. Customer mistake, and still they went the extra mile to make sure we had a great experience. I am just done 11.99 for a 2 PC. without a pop. requested for a courtesy cup for water charged 2.99. Informed this company charges for everything. I used a coupon 5.99 instead of paying 11.99. I was served half the size of a thigh and a small drumstick. I complained about the half of meat. manager stated this is how they come. I requested another piece in place of broken off meat.
