This was an absolutely banging chicken sandwich. It was super crunchy and flavorful, and the sauce and coleslaw took it to the next level. The mac and cheese was really good, and I’m dying to try the blooming onions next time. This is a hundred times better than Dave’s Hot Chicken, and there is seating inside and outside. The fries were also really good and there are a lot of food options, more than you’d normally see at a place like this. Keep in mind that hot is hot – if you have a low heat threshold, try the lowest heat option first.

1st visit. 4.7. Got the crimson on brioche bun. Got it with burn baby burn sauce. Chicken was juicy with an amazing flaky crispy outer layer. Pickles were fresh and flavorful. Also got the Joey Fries. What an amazing combo of fries, chicken, pickles, crimson sauce, and slaw.
Customer service was welcoming and it was clean and bright inside. A little pricey, but what isn’t these days. I already have plans to go back and try another menu item.

Ordered 2 sliders with fries combo $20 meal.
Placed the order, and the janky credit card swipe machine twice was unable to read my Cc. There were 2 young guys working there i dont think they spoke English. So they kinda just stood there not saying anything so I left..lol..
After that I went to five guys and my CC worked fine.

The chicken here is amazing and I’ll be back for more.
Guys, you gotta work on the fried pickles or take them off the menu. These were vile to say the least. They look like potato chips that weren’t quite dried enough to be crunchy. No breading, too thinly sliced, disgusting fishy flavor, dry and stiff. This is just not at all how the picture displayed them and in no way how they should be prepared.

Who needs Dave’s Hot Chicken when you can go to the Crimson Coward!
This might be the best chicken tendie I’ve ever had in my life. The chicken tenders had a perfect ratio of breading, it wasn’t too thick, it was tastefully crispy without being too much, and it remained crispy and the chicken itself was incredibly moist. The hot level of heat was “painful” but absolutely worth it. It had an incredible flavor profile and just the right amount of heat that you’ll remember what you ate later.
The mac and cheese was very good too, the noods were thiccc but not overcooked and the cheese was very creamy!
However, I probably wouldn’t get the onion again, not that it wasn’t good, because it was amazing, I’m just the only person in my household who eats it and too much of it went to waste (not easily reheatable).
I personally don’t eat “mayo” based sauces so I can’t evaluate the crimson sauce but my wife claimed it was good and had a bit of a kick to it. So if you enjoy that kind of thing this is right up your alley!
My 3 year-old daughter loved the fries and and grilled cheese and she’s a tough one to please so you know they’re good!
We will absolutely be coming back many many more times!
P.S. Don’t skip out on the pickles! They complement that Nashville style hot perfectly!

The chicken was on point. I have tried every flavor from Country to BBB. I would suggest that anyone order a step down in their typical hotness scale….as they all over achieve a bit. Both times that we have ordered food we were missing items when we got home. Seems to be a common theme here…hopefully it improves. Pic is of the Burn Baby Burn Strip…..she is HOT!

This place has some solid chicken! My daughter had the chicken and waffles, and I got the strips with fries. The medium spice had some great flavoring, while packing the right amount of heat. We’ve gone twice and they’ve been fantastic both times. The folks working there were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
