This is it! This is the worst chipotle I’ve ever been too. I gave them 3 shots and each time it has been absolute trash! They have forgotten the dressing or it’s been out. I just got a salad with zero lettuce. The rice is hard. The beans are hard. The Al pastor taste like mush. The bowls are half done. Just make the drive to the another Chipotle. It would probably not take half as long as it takes here anyways, a long wait of at least 10-15 minutes. As expensive as chipotle is this is extremely unacceptable.

I had gave this place 5 stars months ago but now yall really got me messed up. This is not $12 worth of food. There’s no way this was both of the rice and the normal amount of chicken in my burrito. I should’ve ordered a damn kids meal. Then whoever gave me my order took like 30 seconds just to give me 1 napkin and no fork or spoon for my beans.

Had to wait for the chicken to be cut. Ordering my food only to find out they don’t have veggies. Asked why the Sour cream is watery. They bought out another batch it was watery too so got some on the side. Honey chicken was good, regular chicken that we waited to be cut was flavorless. May return in a few months to see if they have improved.

This is the slowest, dirtiest Chipotle ever. Most of the workers hate their jobs so poor customer service, even their faces say they hate their jobs. The food looks like it’s been sitting out all damn day. How do you serve watery sour cream. Ewww. Also, it’s never clean food on the floors and tables and the service counter is dirty as well. Whoever franchises this establishment needs to do better. I don’t even eat there. RIDICULOUSNESS I TELL YOU. Everyone complains from customers to delivery drivers. Sad

Picked up an order via drive through today. The employee who handed me the order did not say a single word publicly no greeting, no confirmation, no thank you and appeared visibly irritated the entire time. I understand people have bad days, but basic courtesy is part of customer service. The interaction was uncomfortable and unprofessional

Every single time I go to this chipotle, they are out of something. Could be veggies, meat, and today it was beans. Starting to think either management isn’t ordering enough supplies to last the store through the day or the employees are negligent about replenishing products. I would rather drive to the other Chipotle that is actually farther away. Won’t be returning.

Disappointing. There was no chicken or rice ready. One of the cooks was touching his phone screen and then proceeded to prepare food with his bare hands. The beans had so much water in them, my burrito was dripping. I declined the order and left. They just give anybody a job. I will never never return.
