The poor guy was working by himself. The couple in front of us had 7 sandwiches!!!!! We waited over 30 min. He was great. No problem with him. His manager should be ashamed of leaving him alone. Obviously there needs to be 2 workers until close.

The two gentlemen working tonight August 15th have been some of the best and kindest subway workers I have seen in a long time. They did extremely well and while the sandwiches weren’t the fastest I had ever seen their personalities shown through and made the wait well worth it. It would do well for more managers to remember that speed can be sacrificed for friendliness and confidence.

I don’t usually review fast food joints because they are typically all the same. However, I have been to Subways in many places, and this one stood out. The second we walked in the staff greeted us from behind the counter. They were quick to take our orders, and did so with a smile. They were all friendly and motivated to carry out the best service. The food was great as usual, but staff who seem to actually care about the service they provide makes the experience more enjoyable.

I ordered two dozen cookies 12 hours in advance thinking surely with a full day of business to prepare they’d be able to complete my order, right? Oh I could not be more mistaken. When I show up to the location I get told by the store manager, Kylie, that she had sold the cookies to someone else in spite of the fact that my order was already made and paid for, so to say I was frustrated would be an understatement. What even is the point of ordering in advance if they’ll just sell it to someone else? Personally I can’t say I will be giving them any patronage for a long while.

Food and service was amazing but after food I had to use the restroom after using it the door was stuck I called my buddy that was there with me and he didn’t answer and then I called subway I told them and they hung up on me I finally got out on my own. Just DO NOT USE THE MENS RESTROOM!

My husband and I had lunch there yesterday. Two ladies working. They were busy and yet they are so consumer friendly. They just made the whole busy lunch time rush an awesome experience. And the food was great.
