My fiancé and I went to Hibachi Dash for lunch and the food was delicious. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly. The service was excellent. Our cashier Emily was kind and answered our questions with expert knowledge of the menu. This restaurant is now added to one of our favorite places to dine. If you have not been, you should definitely check it out. Plus it’s very affordable.

Have eaten here twice – once for takeout and once in restaurant. The hibachi and sushi are both excellent! So glad there is finally a good sushi place in Marion. Solid portions and prices are standard. The free soup broth was surprisingly very good. Customer service inside was very good.

Just opened Hibachi Dash is fantastic! What a great option for to go or dine in without the show (super casual like fast food style). We loved everything we got and we placed our order online and it was hot and ready when we got there. And don’t miss the hot soup broth you can grab when you get your utensils. They’re new, so let them work the kinks out, but try it for sure!

I ordered like I do when I go to the van java which is the best place. I ordered my food over the phone. The girl was very kind. I’m not a big fan of mixed veggies. Asked for only broccoli. I ordered chicken fried rice hibachi with extra teriyaki and some crab ragoons. I can deffinantley feel the fast food take on this. My broccoli isn’t cooked. I got so much teriyaki it’s like soup and very salty. Not very good. The crab ragoons are creamy and delicious but so oily. I don’t care for it.

Ordered 2 of the chicken entree and one order of the gyoza. The food was hot and very delicious, portion size is small when it comes to the amount of meat you get, there is more veggie than meat. The gyoza was decent. But overall the food is good and I will definitely be back. Pricing is comparable to other places with this type of food.

My daughter and I went here on Saturday afternoon. Wonderfully tasting food, hot, fast service. They even have specials . Saturday is a free soda with a purchase of $25.00 . Yum yum sauce hit the spot. Shrimp not over cooked . I will definitely be back. So much better than the place down the street.
