I visited the Uhrichsville Subway. No Italian Herb bread at 6:15 PM. I was told we’re out & not making any.
As my sandwich was being made an employee walked in with a case of something in 1 hand & a dog in the other. She proceeded to go back to the kitchen.

12.24.24 Girl working was complaining about previous customer. She made the sloppiest BMT ever and used half the bottle of must on my sandwich. She also complained she only maid 10.50 an hour. She is totally worthless. If I go in this subway again and see her I am walking out. I even state you could care less about how my sandwich is mad and she laughed. She also laughed when she offered me napkins. Discusting.

We ordered on line. 2 sandwiches. One sandwich was marked Buffalo which my son ordered and took home. I ordered cold cuts. We got his Buffalo which was swimming in sauce and of course we could not eat. He got our cold cuts. He said it was swimming in mayo. You can’t complain because they don’t answer the phone.

Went this evening after placing an online order……..absolutely the worst subs my family and I have ever had.
I ordered a BMT…Ham, Salami, and Pepperoni….no Ham…
I also ordered all of our subs on Italian Herbs and Cheese….They were all on regular Italian.
Mind you, I used to work at this exact location for a couple years. I guarantee there was never a review like this one when I worked there, when I made the orders.
I made them how I would want them made.
I tried calling to let them know I was unhappy with my order….no answer!
My advice, don’t order from here online on a Friday evening….absolutely disappointed!

My coworker and I stopped in this Subway because we were working in the area. When we entered, we found the restrooms were locked with a sign on the doors saying, “Locked due to health concerns with COVID-19.” I turned to the cashier and said, “It doesn’t make sense that we are fighting a virus and can’t wash our hands before we eat.” They said they have hand sanitizer. I do handyman work and my hands were dirty, so I told her that doesn’t clean the dirt off of my hands and I have to touch my food. Another older lady, who wasn’t wearing a mask, started telling at us in front of the line of customers there telling us that if we had a problem with it we could call the health department because that is their rule. I told her other restaurants have open bathrooms and tables and that the health department didn’t order closing bathrooms and ban washing hands. She told us we could go somewhere else to eat if we didn’t like it. I gave her the peace sign and walked out. I’ve never received such terrible service anywhere before. We were not even talking to the lady who erupted on us before she started yelling and she just went off with so much attitude on us. I know these are trying times… I work in the service industry, too, but there has to be a level of professionalism. This was unacceptable.

Horrible service!! Lady blew on my sandwich never asked for spit with it, after she toasted it when I only said the bacon like they are supposed to never wanted my sandwich toasted. OLD TUNA all day tuna crusted over, slimy turkey. Eat here if you wanna feel sick and ruin your day. Dirty workers horrible picture of a restaurant!!

This location does not know how to make a chopped salad. They had it in the bowl and I asked them if they were going to chop it like they always do at other locations. The guy took the ingredients back out of the bowl and proceeded to cut them on a napkin with a knife. Mixing pieces of the paper in with the salad. Then he put them back in the bowl and left half of the stuff lay on the counter and napkin.
