Such a great little coffee shop, that staff is so nice! Had the strawberries and cream macha, drink and a blueberry turnover my first time visit and yummy! The second time I had 2 of the strawberries and creme turnovers! It was fresh, light and crispy!

Went to Gaby’s for the first time today. I enjoyed the honey latte with strawberry cold foam & avocado toast. The atmosphere is amazing and the staff was very welcoming. This was a great place to Bible study. I could feel Jesus presence in the room. The music was 10/10. Even the other customers (who seem like regulars) were kind. I highly recommend!

First time for me but not the group I was with. We do a coffee meetup that rotates to a different coffee house every week. This cycle brought us to this new place. Very Christ centered, very good service, very good coffee & very good food. Prices were very reasonable. Very large selection. Service from Leeann was great!

If you are someone looking for a warm Christian coffee shop, then this is for you. It is less than a mile away from Alvin College, and a great place to study. I go here sometimes in between classes. The breakfast sandwiches are amazing, and the beverages are tastefully handcrafted.

Such a great atmosphere!! The vibes are unmatched!! Perfect for studying, meetings, or just to sit and chat while sipping on amazing drinks. I’ve tried something new each time I go and I’m never disappointed! I got a churro iced latte and a strawberry puff pastry and they were delicious! Definitely recommend, my go-to coffee shop from now on!

Everything about Gabby’s coffee is amazing! From the coffee, to the staff, to the atmosphere, all of it is awesome. Highly recommend bringing your family or a group of ladies for Bible study. Great place 😉

Very cute spot. The food took long to come out and when it finally did, it was unappealing. The avocado toast is not toast it’s a bagel with a smear of avocado and overcooked egg. The everything bagel is just a sad looking bagel with packaged cream cheese cups on the side. The Dubai croissant was very hard and falling apart. All of the food was given in to go boxes even though it was dine in. No effort in presentation. The churro iced coffee was too sweet but good. The matcha with strawberry cold foam was unsweetened while we were expecting it to be sweetened. The drink order process was overall confusing with too many options and not enough direction from the baristas.

My boyfriend and I stopped at this coffee shop while we were in Alvin. He lives in Rosharon, and I live in San Antonio. We get coffee almost everywhere in Texas, and we absolutely adored this coffee shop. The lighting, the prayer wall, the amazing customer service, and the ambiance! It’s a super cute coffee shop with a large menu and plenty of seating. If you’re looking for a place to get coffee, definitely give it a shot!
