On March 11, 2025, I purchased a 12 piece ghost pepper wings, 2 biscuits, and 2 strawberry cream cheese pies from the drive thru window. I was given everything except the pies. I was told it would be about a 10 minute wait and to park on the other side of the building in the parking lot where someone would bring it out to us. We waited an awful long time and I drove back around to the drive thru window. The lady at the window apologized and handed me the pies. When we got home I attempted to eat a few wings , but they were dried out, hard and black inside. I was very disappointed and in too much pain/tired to drive back to Manahawkin. The quality of the chicken has diminished terribly.

The place was clean and the manager as well as the workers were kind and welcoming.
Not sure why people would say this place is dirty or have bad management because they don’t.
Also, food wasn’t cold.
Everyone makes mistakes.
Sometimes places have their bad days.
Be more understanding.
And they are here to serve you, not give a parade when you show up.

Ordered thru the app for delivery. It was delivered to the wrong address. Restaurant was no help. By time I found my food it was ice cold and soggy. Popeyes Customer support was also no help. Refused to give me a refund.

No matter how often I visited this establishment, every time I would get the exact same meal. The last three or four times I’ve been here, I get charged a different price every single time and I’ve shown the manager and he keeps telling me that maybe it’s an inconsistency with the cashiers not charging me the correct price when it’s just a combo meal. How could it be anywhere between 50 cents to $2 difference one is the same freaking meal. I walked in today and asked for a five piece spicy tender meal with mashed potatoes and a drink and it was almost $20. I did not have them up size anything or make anything bigger or ask for anything except for what is described on the menu and I’m paying almost $6 more than what the menu price says and I don’t understand it. Today was my very final and last time at this Popeyes in Manahawkin

I go to Popeyes all the time and this one is the worst . I wanted to sit down and eat to get out of the heat but I walk inside and the air doesn’t work. Then I look around and see that for a business only being open a year the place is filthy. Walls are dirty, tables were not cleaned . The girls were too busy on their phones. I was the only person inside . I ordered my food and decided to eat in me car because it was soo hot inside and half my order was missing. I asked for hot square instead of the normal hot sauce cups they gave me these hot sauce packets . Horrible I will not return. Stay away .

Food was cold, error on my order. Not real responsive to their mistake, very few customers there. Couple next to me was complaining as well. They won’t last long at this rate. Back to the other chicken places in town.

If you go through drive-thru make sure to check your orders. Messed my order up two times already. I ordered spicy chicken sandwich for my son and spicy chicken and they were regular. I was home already when I found out. The location of this Popeye on google map is not accurate but I reached put to google to have it fixed.
