The pho was good. It didn’t have that super rich, beefy broth I usually look for, but it was still enjoyable. The hot stone keeps everything piping hot, which I really appreciate. I like my food hot. A big plus is that they use fresh noodles, which really makes a difference.
I ordered the special, and my husband got the short ribs. We also shared the spring rolls as an appetizer, and they were delicious. The service was good and attentive throughout our visit.
Overall, I would recommend it.

Food was good. I don’t eat beef but we ordered the sizzling filet dish and it was actually good. The flavors covered that weird beef flavor that I don’t like so I was able to eat the beef. It was not tough or chew.

The garlic shrimp noodle was good. Full of flavors and garlic not over powering.

Hot stone pho was good. Broth was light but was a bit salty.

The good thing about this eating style is if you are on keto or carnivore. You get to choose separately what to eat. The broth was not bad but not excellent neither. I rarely tried the ribs pho because it is so dried from flavor. But I gave it a shot again. It’s what I remember. These bones were already cooked for the flavor and usually tossed out. It’s better off get more of something else like meatballs or tendons. The fried chicken and fries are better than average.

Walked in around 8:30-9 pm on a Monday night so it was immediate seating available. The service was attentive and friendly.

We tried the hot stone pho, shrimp garlic noodles and bo ne. We enjoyed everything we ordered! The hot stone bowl kept the pho literally steaming hot the whole almost hour we were there. Great flavors on everything and good portions – we were stuffed.

For me personally, I wasn’t a fan of the noodles in the pho but that’s not a deal breaker. They just tasted too soft and borderline mushy and it could be because I left them in the bowl too long. But we would definitely come again!

My new favorite local Vietnamese restaurant. We tried the hot stone pho, the steak and fries, the hot pot, and some appetizers. Everything was cooked to perfection. The noodles of the pho are fresh and the broth was delicious and hot. The hot pot was fresh and large portioned. Everything was high quality and good price. Very clean and well decorated inside. We will come back often.

We had an amazing dining experience at Hot Stone Pho! Andy took excellent care of us—friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. He recommended the Hot Stone Short Rib and the iced green tea, and both were absolutely delicious. We also ordered the fresh spring rolls, which were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made.

The restaurant itself is spotless, with a welcoming atmosphere and a team of staff who are all very helpful and polite. Everything we tried was packed with flavor, and the presentation made it even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone craving quality pho and great service!

Took a little drive to try some pho in a hot stone pot. The exterior strip mall and parking area was little to be desired but then you go inside and it was like wow. The place was spacious and beautifully
designed. It had an upscale feel. We initially all wanted the hot stone pot pho but the meat choices were limited. So most of us got the regular pho in a regular bowl. The ribeye pho was very good but the ribeye/brisket combo was not a good choice especially if you don’t like highly fatty or chewy meat like me. We were surprised to see the extensive menu with seafood boil choices, we thought it was just ok, but next time we will just order the pho and possibly some appetizers and skip the seafood. Also they put a waxed paper down on your table but I think they should ask if customers will order the seafood boil before wasting so much paper. They even put the paper down for those who just ordered pho. All that thick paper wasted is so bad for the environment…

So this is a different way to enjoy Pho. This shop uses stone bowls that are heated up high and the soup stock comes piping hot. The soup stays hot during the entire time you enjoy the meal. Even when you add the beef slices or meatball or vegetables pho remains hot. Meats were better quality than other shops and the presentation is nice since each meat item is laid on the plate. Service is very good too. Parking is plenty outside in the parking lot.

It was definitely Hot Stone Pho, because the soup was still boiling hot by the time I finished! Fair price, about $18-20 per bowl but you get SO MUCH so it makes it so worth it!

First, you get to choose thick (fresh) or thin noodles. I highly recommend the thick/fresh noodles!! The Hot Stone Pho oxtail/short ribs also come with sides of rib eye served raw so you can dip it in the broth and eat it however you want. The short rib was a bit hard to eat along with the pho, but I really liked the oxtail and rib eye meat. The broth was also so delicious and well seasoned, and stayed SO HOT. it literally comes boiling lol

Would definitely come back to eat here again!

It only had 2 reviews when I went. But I stepped in at 8:15AM on a Sunday by myself. Beautiful space. Waiter was kind. Pho smelled delicious when it was brought out. Tasted good but not too good ( when it tastes too good it has a lot of msg in it). Flavors were clean and balanced. Hint on how to eat: spoon some pho into the side bowl a little at a time to let it cool off before eating or else the noodles will burn your tongue.
