Ordered 2 supreme pizzas add pineapple, left with 2 Hawaiian pizzas. That’s quite a difference. Not to mention waiting an extra HOUR after it said it would be ready. $30 down the drain. Thanks Casey’s.

Ordered a Pizza Online for pickup 6 hours ahead of time, ended up waiting for an ½ hour after pickup time waiting for them to make the pizza the 1st time.
Thought I would give them another chance 3 months later, pizza was on time but we got a different pizza than what I Ordered. Don’t go here unless you want your food screwed.

Ordered pizzas last night online for pick up. Told me that pick up was at 7:01, just parked in front of the store at 7:06 and I got a call saying that they do not have any need for my Pizza order. I said “so I have a pick up for 7:01 and you are calling me now?”. So you do not have Canadian bacon and no beef. Told her to make it 2 sausage pizza. Asked how long it will take now and she said 20 minutes so now we are getting our pizzas from Jakes Pizza and get what we want.

Just ordered a pizza and after waiting 15min pass the time our cheese pizza was fine but the pepperoni was cold and obviously just thrown into the box. I try to call to ask about it and got no answer two times. This place is normally pretty good but was really unsatisfied this time. I won’t be bothering this place on a busy night again.

This place shouldn’t even be running. The employees here are probably the most disrespectful people i’ve ever met.
1. Ordered a pizza from here and after taking forever to deliver they came to my house and knocked extremely aggressively on my door, and then don’t have the manners to even say thank you or your welcome.
2. Tried applying when I first moved here and when i called to follow up on my application nobody answered for minutes just for them to pick up, say “seriously?” in an awful attitude and hang up on me.
3. When i tried to go in to talk about my application the employee working looked and smelled awful.
4. They looked at me like i was stupid, didn’t care for their job or anything i had to say.
Overall this is a terrible store with terrible employees.

Cashier lady got the worse customer service attitude ever. Can’t even greet us or say anything. But the person in front of us were greeted. If you’re racist to us Asians just say so. We don’t want to support a place like this.

Ordered pizzas for delivery through the app at 6:30pm says it will be 115 minutes I was fine with that, I ended up calling at 8:55 pm. I asked if it would be much longer on my delivery, first he says it’s not expected until 8:47 which is what the app says I didn’t ask for it at any specific time, just how long they told me it would be, I said yeah, it’s past that time. He then proceeds to tell me that he’s going to have to cancel my order because there’s nobody there to make it and that he’s there all by himself. So I’ve got hungry kids who waited over two hours for pizza to come and right before every other place closes in town. Maybe somewhere in that two hours they could have called? Being that in two hours they still hadn’t had these pizzas even started? I am absolutely dumbfounded as to how this even happens on a Saturday night at that? All I was told is that my money would be back in my account. WOW. And the point of telling me when they were “due” was for what exactly? When you knew full well that they weren’t even made and that you can’t deliver them? Hmm, yeah. Doesn’t make sense.

Jeremy needs to be fired. I called to order a pizza at 12 and was told it was gonna be an hour, so I told him no thanks. I went in there 15 mins later and he wasn’t doing anything. He didn’t have any orders and was just standing there trying to get my friends attention after telling me it was gonna take an hour for my food? (Edit) went in there after being told it was gonna be an hour and 30 mins. They lied and told us they had an order of 30 pizzas and didn’t. Jeremy lied yet again. Love this

My wife wanted to buy me a cup of good coffee on our way home from a veterans function. This Casey’s store hasn’t had real sugar for coffee for the past several weeks. I commented again last week as I did the week before, that perhaps they could use one of the several 4lbs bags of sugar they still had on the shelf in a small cup or dispenser. They have used the same unrealistic excuse for the past three weeks. It seems they are to lazy or inconsiderate to justify any future visits from us or our team. Fortunately there are plenty of other better managed locations that would love to sell a cup of coffee to a 30 yr veteran on Veterans Day. God bless!

Ordered online so it was supposed to be easy…it said 100 minute wait time…that seams extremely long but I get it so ok. 2 hours later after ordering….still no pizza so I call but they weren’t any help except to say “I think it’s probably with the driver”. A little bit later (now more than 2 hours after ordering and 4 starving kids ready to eat the walls) the pizza finally shows up. After opening the pizza boxes, each one looks like the driver was taking off road driving courses since each pizza was squished to the side and tearing apart! So after waiting more than 2 hours for 2 pizzas, we get messed up squished pizza slices. Never again.
