I place an order on the Subway app at the Wood Avenue location at 620pm on Nov 16th. I got the Wood Ave location at 630pm and the store was closed. I have complained with Subway customer service and have not received a refund or any type of compensation. Subway is very disappointing, especially the Wood Ave location.

August 10, 2025 it’s 5:12 PM currently subway hours are till 8 PM on Sunday. I get to the store the The sign says it’s open in bright neon colors and the website says 8 PM. Called the workers there over the phone they said their boss told him to close up shop early. Well that’s ridiculous. Maybe put on your sign outside that you’re closed or update your website.

It saved it’s open till nine o’clock.I placed my order five o’clock p m.When there she locked the door even that they confirmed my order.She didn’t open the door for me.At least to talk to me kept me outside in the cold, then came back after she canceled it.And I got another email that my order got canceled she said we are closed

My wife’s salad had barely any tomatoes, lettuce,the bacon wasn’t cut up and apparently they have no olives. It’s crazy because I’ve been going here for ten plus years and this is the first time I’ve ever had an issue.

I’ve been to many Subway locations, but this one is definitely my favorite. The staff is always so helpful in creating the perfect sandwich. My recent visit was no exception. The sandwich was packed with delicious toppings and the bread was fresh and soft. I’ll be back for sure!

Good location store is clean, I order online and usually my order is correct and done quickly. Last several times I have ordered online my order is missing something or not made with special instructions I added to mobile order. Today I order 2 sandwiches one for myself and one for my husband. Same sandwich type different add ons. My husband’s order did not have spinach on it but sandwich got spinach anyway. I wanted pickles on mine as well did not receive pickles. Please have associates pay attention to add ons for each sandwich and special instructions.
