Out of bread but white they say. Ask for two subs on white they only have one so they gave me wheat which is totally fine but it’s so hard and dry I can’t even eat my sub. Maybe she was new but 20 minutes to make three subs and two wraps, is bit much. I’m sorry, normally service is a bit quicker. When it was time for me, I’m like slap it on, let’s go. No apology for wait time. Nice person, almost looked like she was counting items, but there was two people behind me waiting for subs, hate to think of their standing time.

After reading the reviews I realize I should have done that to begin with. I placed an order online tonight. 2 subs n a salad. Easy right?? Apparently not! Bread is to hard to even eat, let alone the wrong sub at that. They have no soup!! It’s cold n we had the first spit of snow. Soup should have been available. Caseville subway had 2 different kinds available at 8pm! Which is where we went to get a new sub to replace the one we couldn’t bite Into! And don’t bother calling the store cause the snotty worker will say ” management works day so I don’t know what to tell you maybe call back.” I’m calling someone but it’s not management. Tomorrow will be my first complaint to a corporation ever!! Caseville is a little further but never let’s you down. Especially compaired to this!!

Absolutely love the new menu. Just wondering why the bread is dry and hard if it’s made daily? Other than that if you’re looking for a quick fix on food it’s a good place to eat.

dont ever do a pick up order,! got the wrong bread on both of our subs it was a flat bread instead of italian bread, got some of the toppings messed up , and the flatbread was hard and chewy like it was stale they didnt have any of the cookies that we ordered and one of the subs was shorted on cheese , they got very skimpy on the toppings was hungry after eating it

Honestly I like Jimmy John’s better but Subway does a decent job and offers a pretty good variety sandwiches. The pricing isn’t too bad maybe a little pricey but if you catch them during the special you can usually get a lot of food for very little. Haven’t gone there in sometime but we’ll certainly be back in the future.
