The cozy atmosphere makes for a perfect date-night spot. Food was really yummy and felt like decent value for authentic Italian food. Good portion sizes. We ordered a small pizza, the lasagna, and chicken parm. The chicken parm was nothing out of the ordinary but their tomato sauce makes everything better. Great service and felt very at-home. Overall very pleased with our experience at Bari’s.

Amazing dinner with my girl ❤️ Sonya was amazing with her recommendations! I had Chicken diablo and my daughter had tortellini alla panna and both were so good! Service was amazing by everyone especially Ms Sonya. Thank you for an awesome dinner.

Free rolls are delicious. Stromboli was great. Toasted ravioli was great. Mousse Cake was fine. Would definitely go back again. Good sized portions and prices aren’t bad. Kid loved his spaghetti and meatballs too ($6).

My husband and I had just gotten back in town after a long weekend and needed to eat. Because Bari’s is close to where we live, we decided to try it…we had never been there. I want to point out that we are Italian food lovers and connoisseurs, we have had some AMAZING and truly delicious and unique Italian food AND we have had some truly awful Italian food and everywhere in between. We would rate the quality of the food at Bari’s somewhere in the middle…good, but definitely not to die for. I WOULD have rated this establishment a little higher if the service was better. Our server…I don’t really know his name, but on our bill it is Seni Z (he never introduced himself), interrupted me twice while I was ordering…two separate times…like he either didn’t have time to listen or what I was saying was not important. He did not check on us during our meal and really acted like he had much better things to do than serve us…which he probably did, but at that moment, he was getting paid to do a job. He had the personality of a rock…and his actions directly negatively affected our enjoyment of our meal. The atmosphere was comfortable, but the acoustics are not good and the lack of patrons allowed conversations in the bar to be heard in the far back corner of the restaurant where we were sitting. Also, the music was some sort of alternative 90s, which wasn’t bad, but not the type of music that creates that Italian ambiance you would expect. All in all, it wasn’t completely awful, but with so many much better Italian food restaurants in the Dallas area, why settle for one where service is delivered by someone that acts like they have better things to do.

The food was great but service and atmosphere left a lot to be desired. We were there for 2 1/2 hours and not once did anyone refill our water glasses. We were not asked if we wanted more wine or drinks. When we got our orders taken it was very rushed. We were not even asked what kind of pasta we wanted. We were not offered any salads or sides. We did ask for salad and it was pretty good. When I go out to eat, its not just about the food-its about the entire experience-good servers recommending dishes, trying new menu items, enjoyable music, clean dining area etc. As for the food; I recommend the house dressing- it’s very tasty. Sort of reminds me of Dorothy Lynch I really think the food is delicious overall. The veal is tender and flavorful. The sauces are very good as well. However the restaurant is very, very echoey. When you hear chairs scooting around it’s very loud. They do have booths that seem a bit more private. The atmosphere is relaxed. The music was 90s alternative all evening. Nothing against 90s alternative…It just didn’t really seem to jive with an Italian restaurant. Wanted to try tiramisu but they were out. Chocolate cake was pretty good. Garlic rolls were served in the beginning with plastic packets of butter. Later rosemary olive oil was brought out for dipping. I want to like this place- as I said, the food was good…just wish the ambience was better. Would maybe try again for take out!

Actually the BEST freaking food we’ve ever had! We went to the new McKinney location for the first time and we immediately were welcomed like family by the owner!

This is my family’s favorite pizza place. The atmosphere and huge amount of pizza is incredible. We just had a dinner for 5 with 3 x large pizza’s, appetizers, dessert and drinks for under $100 with plenty to take home. The servers are not the most friendly and act as bit put out, but the quality of the food and the value of the price warrant a full 5 stars. We have ate here for over 10 years and look forward to our next visit.

I came here with my two kids under 2 and I didn’t feel ‘like a bother’ lol These are very kind and accommodating folks! And on top of it, GREAT quality of food! My kids and I had the classic pepperoni pizza and lobster ravioli, which were so delicious. Highly Recommend!

My first visit was good, it could have been better. Texas is known for their southern hospitality. None here.
Seated right away, waitress was very nice but didn’t have customer service skills.
She disnt know the specials on front board or didn’t have any personal suggestions.
Once we ordered, wait rumen for food was a little longer than expected. Took 20 minutes!
Waitress did do a great job keeping our glasses filled.
Atmosphere is dull and boring.
No music, and decor was flat and dull.
Upon leaving, still no greeting or “come back”
Will come back because food was absolutely delicious, but will do take out.
To top it off, we were seated by the kitchen and bathrooms. Who want to sit there?
