There was no pizza’s ready at all.
The cashier had a horrible attitude when you asked her a question.
A man was waiting for 25 mins for his wings that they made wrong 2 times and got upset at him when he asked for his money back.
I understand that sometimes you get behind cause of short staff or you just ran out of all the hot and ready’s, but it still does not give you the right to get upset at the customers for something you could of just explained nicely to your customer’s.
I’m hoping next time we go there we have better service or we will not be returning this location

The food was excellent. We ordered online and picked up in the portal, so there was minimal interaction with the staff. The area is a little scary, but the store inside was good. I would totally go again.

Terrible place, always getting orders wrong never making fresh pizzas even when you order online, they’ll give you hot n readys instead of a fresh to order. Also was told by an employee that they don’t make crazy bread after 7pm even tho they close at 11

Attention is poor in my online order; my combo included three items that were a soda, pizza and sauce. I added an extra sauce to my order and they didn’t want to give it to me. The person who attended me said I had to pay for it again. I think it is unfair to pay for something that has already been paid for.

This location is close to my work so we frequently get pizza from here during special events. We place fairly large orders and have no issues. The service from the staff is very helpful and polite.
The food is what you expect from Little Caesars. No issues.
For atmosphere, it’s not the best part of town and there’s often people hanging around outside but I’ve never felt unsafe.

I’ve read the negative reviews, so be assured that my review is from a more neutral standpoint, comparing my experience only to other times I went to Little Caesar’s.
I had no significant problems when I went, the staff were helpful and courteous. I ordered a pretzel-crust cheese pizza and it took them about 25 minutes to prepare it. I find this to be a bit slow by Little Caesar’s standards, since there weren’t many other customers there, but it wasn’t too long. The pizza was fresh and hot when I picked it up.
I recommend making a carryout order by phone instead of waiting in your car for an in-person order.

Came in around 5:10 seen there was no puffs made so I ordered two cheese puffs and one pepperoni was told it would take 10 minutes. It’s now 5:46. 36 minutes waiting and I over heard them say they have to still make them. That’s ridiculous and Unprofessional I asked how long it would take from the beginning I have other things I have to do this evening. Unlike them I ain’t on the clock and did pay for my food that I’m still waiting for.
