I noticed the Delma‘s barbecue sign and thought the building was so rundown that it wasn’t open anymore. As I was about to drive by a car pulled up and I noticed the guy was parking so I figured I’ll give it a try.. I had a pulled pork sandwich with coleslaw and red beans and rice. Everything was delicious and not overpriced. This is kind of barbecue joint I remember from my youth. Even though it is about an hour and a half out of my way, I will make another trip here.

I have never eaten here before, but if you are ever in Hurley, this is the place to get your BBQ. Brisket is off the chain! Service was spectacular. When I asked her opinion on the food items, she answered with professionalism in her honest opinion. Great job! I will be back!

I’ve only been here once. That was the best pulled pork salad of my entire life. I don’t like bbq sauce, so I got it without. That meat is so flavorful it doesn’t even need sauce. And they gave me Ken’s ranch… that’s the only ranch I’ve ever enjoyed. Thank you guys for the experience, might come get a salad for my birthday.

The food deserves a 3-4 star rating but I was less than satisfied with the service, I was given a single small napkin and when I asked for more the lady who took my order had to ask her manager if and how many she could give me(the answer was three) I would think that after spending $30 dollars on food that they could afford to not be so cheap with their napkins. I also really disliked their potato salad and bland wings.
