Drive thru had a line so we choose to go inside to get our order to go. For the most part the establishment was clean, needed tidying up by drink station however. The restroom is technically in the connected gas station and it was a hot mess! Do not recommend using it if you stop here to eat. The food was hot. The burger is supposed to have onion, cheese, one pickle, and mustard. We got 3 different 4 Krystal with cheese meals. Two didn’t have mustard at all on any of their sandwiches. One had a dot of mustard on 3 of the sandwiches. Would have been much better with the mustard. The fries were really good, I’d definitely recommend those! I would try it again, this was my first experience.

it was a mess in the restaurant when I came in. Grease on tables and trash all over the floors in the cooking area and up front. The guy that took my order didn’t even act like he wanted to be there and didn’t even great me. I even asked him how he was doing an just looked at me. Didn’t even talk loud enough for me to hear what he said. May need to get a manager or something to look into it. Took 30 min to get my 24 pack of Krystal burgers. Did send corporate an email about this too. Maybe next time I come it will be better and I’ll change my review.

I pulled in drive thru about 10 last night . I got a sackful to take back to Texas to my wife let her request, plus 3 more to eat on the way. This young man was polite, courteous and cooked my order right then. It was correct, fresh, and hot. Unlike my previous experience at Krystal in Mobile, this was service.

If I could rate a 0, I would. This is the WORST Krystal I have ever been to. A total waste of money. The Krystal burgers looked and smelled like dogfood. The kids were saying the burgers smelled like poop. I took a pic of them. Just looking at them spoiled my appetite. We threw them all out.
