Sadly, won’t be visiting this place again, my wife and I were eager to try it and were utterly disappointed.
The staff were friendly, but the product was just awful, we ordered two grande beef burritos and they were cold, had no meat, little to no salad – just a dripping mess. And they were pretty tiny.
They only gave us ONE napkin as well, and $1.50 for one unflavored churro is just nuts.
Very bland, very forgettable.

Wonderful place. You are served with so much love and care. Food is great, they customised it to suit our vegetarian choice. Left the place with warm, pleasant and loving feeling. Only regret…I didn’t take a picture with the lovely senior ladies who run the show there.

The staff is incredibly rude. They locked the doors 10 minutes before closing while over a dozen customers were still in the building insisting that we, the customers needed to tell them when we wanted to leave. They said they were slammed while there were only 4 orders in and told a customer it was gonna take to long for him to order. The food was awful. My taco literally was dripping either grease. I had multiple “crispy” tacos that were soggy from a 3 minute drive to my house from the restaurant. The meat was tasteless and the lettuce and tomatoes were wilted and slimy. I will never be eating there again.

I love this place. Outstanding fresh salsa bar with lots of options, and good food at extremely low prices. I would say excellent food. I usually get the crispy tacos with beans instead of meat. Delicious. They bring your food to you and no tipping needed. Whst more could you want?

Just okay. One of the only things are good going for themselves is the different types of Salsas you can get there on the condiment bar. My biggest complaint about this place is that most of the time I’ve eaten there my food is just lukewarm if never been hot.

The atmoshere, salsa bar and cleanliness were great, unfortunately the food value wasn’t. The grande burrito was anything but grande. It wasn’t large in size or taste, just price. The soft taco was good, but like the burrito, the tortilla wasn’t warmed, so it made the meal luke warm. I’m not into tater tots with mexican, so the combo meals didn’t appeal to me.

OMG! The service was terrible! The women there gave bad bad bad customer service. No smiles no how greeting nothing! The one who took our order was so rude. She wasn’t happy to be there so she took it out on us and other customers. The food was just as BAD!!!! Over priced crap!!!! I will never go there again! What a waste of my money. I want a refund.

I go here just for this one employee, I can’t remember her name but she is so hilarious! She asked for my name last time but I didn’t tell her. If your ever in Kalispell I suggest going to El Sombrero just to visit with the staff!

The service was terrible we got there at 930 they told us 5 minutes till we could eat it was 10 by the time we got in. And both the website and the sigh said they surved breakfast we get in there and they don’t surve breakfast. They said it was the change in ownership but that happened a year ago they should have fixed it by now. Then we get our food the burrito was terrible it was cold and ther was nothing but sour cream and lettuce in it, and the little meat that was in it you could drink out of a straw, I told my friend I would rather go there then Taco Bell but I was wrong, I will never be back in there again
