One of their drivers almost killed me last night.. i was driving down University when one of the dominos delivery drivers was making a right turn onto University but instead of getting in the right lane they got into the left lane where i was… i started to BLARE my horn but they literally kept going… I slammed on my breaks and was inches away from hitting a car that was waiting to turn left. I’m livid at dominos for allowing people who can’t follow simple laws like turning into the nearest right lane when making a right turn to drive!! Your drivers represent your company. Crap drivers. Crap pizza. 0 stars for lack of awareness and almost causing a three car accident. Booo

Second experience and their crust needs work and proper amount of sauce. I’m so disappointed but willing to give them a third try because sometimes it’d just the person making it that does poor work.
The parmesan bites were tasty but did lack enough of the garlic oil on it.

I’ll admit it. I love Domino’s pizza. Have I had better pizza? Sure. But as a regular go-to when in the mood for pizza, this is the place. Normally I would give 5 stars simply because I like to focus more on positive than negative. The reason for only 4 stars is I’m having difficulty with jalapeños. I ordered with them and only got a few so next time I ordered extra. I indeed got significantly more however the placement left a little too be desired *(see pic).
Just ordered again so we’ll see.

All my orders have been online through the Domino’s app. I’ve come to find that when Courtney is preparing my order, all will be good. Her pie game is on point! Never wrong, or carelessly made. The jalapenos and pineapple are always plentiful evenly spaced. Her smile is ever present as she greets me upon pickup. The one time that my order was wrong (she wasn’t working that night), I made a simple phone call to Tyrell, who apologized and credited me a free pizza anytime in the future. Due to these reasons, have raised my review to 5 stars.

Used to really enjoy dominos & thought they had good standards but apparently that was just the store I lived near. Been going through this shop once in a while for a couple years now & it feels like they’re just going downhill in overall quality. Multiple times now I’ve seen my order sitting for 30-45+ minutes before they can manage to get it out for delivery and when it finally gets here I’ve had everything from garlic knots without garlic, crumpled pizzas & ungrateful drivers who complained because i wanted some change for the $20 I gave him (only bill I had at the moment plus I already paid online). Sorry but especially for the service here I’m not giving a driver as much as my meal costs hahaha. Definitely consider ordering from somewhere else.

Was notified that my food was out of the oven and ready to go through the tracker and got no update on delivery for 30 minutes. Finally called the store and they said that my food was still at the location because they couldn’t send their drivers with more than one order at a time. When I asked about the delay they said I could come to the store to pick it up but offered no other discount other than removing the delivery fee and tip… No way am I using this location again.

Dominos did a great job! I was very impressed with the speed of service, I ordered, showed up and the pizza was already ready! Also, the flavors were great, and the texture and temperature was really unique and good! The extra tomato sauce added to the tang of the pizza.
However, I was a bit disappointed with the rewards app. You get 10 points if you make a purchase over $5, but anything you spend after that doesn’t contribute to the points. So even if you were to spend $1000 on pizza, it would still get you 10 points total. Kind of disappointing coming from Dominos.
Other than that, I was happy with the service!

While the pizzas I ordered weren’t bad, they didn’t fully live up to my expectations. The crust was a little on the dry side. It could’ve used more garlic oil. Overall the food was mid tier. Not the best Domino’s I’ve had, but not the worst.
