I went in today 01/31/22 at 12pm to pick up my order; it was made on time. When I got home ready to eat, I was amazed at how well this sandwich was made. Nothing is falling out of it; it’s so well put together, and it’s delicious. I’ve gone to other subways where the veggies, etc… are falling out of it. I wish I would have gotten the Name of the lady that was there that made this perfect sandwich so I could put it in this review

This is the worst subway on earth. We went 1/23/25 and I’m just now getting to write a review. Everytime I go i regret it so badly. But this was the worst. The meat and veggies had gone bad and I called to inform the employee and she tells me would you like me to make you another sandwich…. I’m like seriously you want to give me another bad sandwich? She did not understand what she did wrong. I asked for a manager so I could get a refund apparently a manager doesn’t exist or never comes by. I have called for a month now and I’m usually never Karen on things but this just made me so upset that she couldn’t do anything and I ordered 3 sandwiches and they were all disgusting and all she could do was offer to make me another disgusting sandwich. It’s obvious the veggies and meats had gone bad why would I want another one. Definitely never going again.

This Subway location is not worthy of even one star. It is located inside Walmart and we walk up and the area is filthy and the so-called “sandwich artist” is sitting on the counter swinging his legs like he doesn’t have anything to do. Every single table in the area was dirty and he was extremely rude that we made him have to hop off of the counter and actually do part of his job. I understand that we all have bad days but we tried using a little humor and he never lightened up. I do NOT recommend this place!

We ordered two sandwiches the titans, when I got to work it definitely was not a turkey titan there was hardly any meat, any cheese, most definitely will not be coming back to this location, the meat and cheese areas are covered so you can’t see what they are putting on your sandwich, I should have walked away then, so I learned my lesson, Rip Off Artist. WORST SANDWICH EVER!!

Beware if you order on the app & get it delivered! The store will tell you they are unable to refund you because it through corporate. I was given the regional manager Mike’s name & phone number (who I called repeatedly for 3 days with no response). They delivered my meal with missing items & refuse to refund me. You also cannot contact the corporate office because they direct you to the local store. It’s a complete scam!!
