I should had checked the rating for this location before coming. I would have saved myself the time. Clearly for at least 1 year this location has been horrible with food, service, and atmosphere.

Came in to order and requested for my order to be heated and they refused to heat it. When asked to use the restroom they refused as well. Even as a paying customer.

The franchise needs to look at ownership of this location and revoke the license if ownership and management is giving Subway a bad reputation.

Employee at the time was incredibly rude from start to finish. Ordered a steak and cheese and gave me quite literally less than half a handful of steak. Then after I press her for the little amount of meat proceeds to spit and wrap up my food.

The reviews here are true. Don’t bother coming here. There’s another Subway 5ish minutes away that’s a lot better. Don’t take the risk to come here

Worker was a young Latina woman, was very rude, tried to give me wilted lettuce after asked her not to. She removed some but then mixed around the lettuce like that was going to change the fact that there was wilted lettuce. She tried to give me old transparent cucumbers. Instead of discarding it she put it right back into container for customers to be served. Was not welcoming had an attitude and said she did not know her managers name or hers. Just terrible only reason I didn’t get something else is because relative was in hospital and closest thing that was somewhat healthy.

All of the employees here have very bad attitudes and take their sweet time serving people. The male, don’t know his name, in particular was nasty to me, constantly asking me “What do u want” with a disrespectful tone and disgusted facial expression. The other lady forced a woman to keep the “unopened soda” that fell on the ground, not allowing her to exchange it and they argued loudly in the restaurant. Very poor customer service.
This is amongst the worst Subways I have ever been to and I’ve traveled half the US.

I had a bad experience with employees for my first time at this location. I will never go here again. The sandwich maker lady was very rude right from the start of service. She made my sandwich wrong and the guy working in the back had to make me a new one. She didn’t speak English well enough to be serving food properly or correctly without help from other employee at the time. Also, I wasn’t able to get help purchasing my food and other items right away. The guy again came from the back and helped complete my order because she didn’t understand what I was saying. The lady employee told me there was no new foot long churros available or no new foot long pretzels too? I feel like she didn’t want to serve us anymore. She continued to talk rude to me the rest of our visit. I feel like me and my 10 year old son were not welcome there.

Absolutely the worse location I ever been to. Went today, hours of operation said closed at 7 or 8pm on the door. It’s 4pm and the doors are locked. No signs about change of hours of operation, no employee in sight, no taking a break sign nothing. Other time I was here the employee that did help me was extremely combative with me when I was trying to use my coupon.

I love Subway. The sandwiches are amazing. However, I’ve had an indifferent experience at this location for the past two days in a row. It almost seems like the employees get upset that you want a sandwhich. If rolling your eyes were a person. I will be going to another location from now on.

Like everyone else is saying, this location DOES NOT take coupons which is the only reason why I went to this place. Granted it was my first time at this location, I’ve been to other locations and they take coupons, and unfortunately, this place DOES NOT. I had to find out the hard way when I got to the cashier and told me that they didn’t want to take my coupon for a combo meal. The sandwich was already made at that point so I just ended up just taking the sandwich ONLY. At any other time, I would have just refused the sandwich and left but I was already on my way to work to save it as my lunch later. The price of the sandwich itself at regular price is what I would have gotten that included chips and a drink, but noooo, they don’t accept their OWN coupon. Guess this is one of those locations that states in the coupon’s fine print, “Redeemable at participating locations” or whatever. Not sure if that’s the manager’s decision for making that choice but I’m very disappointed and embarrassed I couldn’t use it. With inflation and prices going up, I’m trying to save money where I can and get the most bang for my buck. However, I left this place with a very bad taste in my mouth and I didn’t even eat [just] the sandwich yet because I got it to-go. I still like subway but I would avoid this location if you want to use a coupon.
