Had a great experience at Pizza Boli’s! The customer service was top-notch — the person at the register was incredibly friendly and super amicable. It’s not often you come across someone who makes you feel genuinely welcome. He definitely deserves a raise! The service alone made the visit worth it, and I’ll definitely be coming back. I ordered online for pickup on a Saturday at 4pm. I arrived at the pickup time and the doors was locked and signs was off. As I was walking away, a man popped out and flagged me down. He asked what I needed. I asked for the pizza I had ordered. It had not been made but he offered to make it and said he was the only one around and was cleaning. This seemed pretty sketchy so I asked to cancel my order and be refunded. It sounded like he had the manager on the phone who promised to do so. Several days later and I have still not been refunded. I have also started paying attention more to the Open sign when I drive by and it appears to be regularly closed during published business hours. Do not order from here unless you call. Good luck figuring out what their hours are.

What happened to this place? Why does the phone just ring, why does no one answer? Now today, attempt to call, and the line stays with a busy signal. Previous to the past couple months, my experience here had been 5 star worthy. But I gotta give it no more than 3 now, since it doesn’t seem like I’ll ever be able to order again from here.

Don’t waste your money here. Food is absolutely disgusting. I ordered chicken fettuccine and the chicken inside is literally dark gray in color which is an indication its SPOILED and was cooked spoiled. Theres a foul smell coming from it notably from the chicken. Disgusted Is an understatement. Grateful doordash gave a refund but please do not give this business any chance to serve you food.

Our first time trying pizza bolis, and we had a great experience!
The older gentleman who greeted us and helped us at the front counter was very friendly and personable.
We got the $26.99 deal of a large 2 topping pizza, 12 bone in wings and a 2 liter, and an additional medium white pizza. The wings are actually a good size and had a great texture we got the basic mild buffalo to try. They weren’t mushy and fatty like other chains such as papa johns, pizza hut etc. We really enjoyed them, and are picky with pizza joint wings. The large pizza was peperoni and was SO good. As soon as we opened the box we were like wow! This looks really good. The white pizza was delicious. Of course it’s not an authentic white with ricotta, but i wasn’t expecting that anyway. It definitely hit the spot and my 9 yr old who is autistic and picky even thought it looked yummy so he tried a piece, and well…. let’s just say I had to end up sharing . I’m also a little picky with crust, I won’t eat it so I can save room for the good parts, BUT I LOVED the crust, and ate it! The price is very reasonable, portions are plentiful, and the food was delicious ! Will be back soon!

Same as others. Do not order online. We ordered online and went to pickup the order. The store was closed. They still charged our card. We tried contacting corporate and nobody answered. We had to go through the trouble of disputing the charges with our credit card company and getting them reversed.
Corporate surely knows about this problem with this branch, but apparently is still taking peoples money. Shame on them and this sketchy Mechanicsville location.

I ordered Pizza Boli’s on July 8, 2025. I did an online order for the whole family. 75$ worth of food. I waited til the pick up time and when I got there the place was locked and nobody was there. I need a refund asap, no one picked the phone, the doors were locked and the lights were off. For it to say it was open at 430pm in the afternoon and let the order go completely thru. Then to get there realize you just lost a bunch of money and no food. Is completely insane. This needs to be fixed or give me money back. NOBODY WAS THERE AT ALL. I CALL ABOUT 8 TO 9 TIMES just to say nevermind. This is crazy and my husband just ordered from them maybe Friday July 4th or Saturday July 5th 2025. He got his order with no problem.

The food was thrown together, shaking my head, pizza was dry and forgot to send the French Fries. This is not the first time, but I was giving them multiple tries. The Pizza Boli’s in PG county are definitely on point, but this one here in Mechanicsville, I have my doubts.

This place seems to have a problem with their ordering system, quality control, lack of caring, or maybe all of the above. Once I was given pineapple instead of pepperoni. Once it was bacon bits instead of broccoli. Both times, the receipt was correct on the box, so I have no idea how they’d grab a wrong ingredient that’s close in the alphabet but otherwise entirely different. The next time I ordered I tried to be clear about my selection and they called me to say not to do that!
The food is pretty good when the order is correct so if they could fix this and ensure they put the right toppings in their pizza consistently I’ll change my rating.

UPDATE – Although I was unhappy about this mistake, the business reached out to me and made things right. I’m willing to give them another chance. The fact that they cared enough to respond to my review and reach out meant a lot.
Just ordered door dash. 2 subs only. Whole Italian Cold Cut and a Half Steak & Cheese…should have been really simple. But we ended up with 2 Steak & Cheese.
We stopped ordering from here because of things like this but decided to give them another try tonight. What a mistake.
