We usually order delivery from this location when we’re busy at home. They always have kind and efficient drivers, but even on their off days they make sure to take care of us with a quick reimbursement without any fuss. Today we had the fastest, smoothest delivery I’ve ever experienced in anchorage. 2pm on a Saturday and we received our order in about 20 minutes. Exactly what we needed today, thank you! (Side note: we ordered our pizza well done and it turned out exactly how we were expecting).

Please don’t offer carside delivery if you are going to take more than twn minutes after the food is ready and I check in to bring it out.
Of my last 5 orders at thia location, none of them came out less than minutes after checking in(and you can’t even check in until your food is ready). Of those 5 orders, two took more than 20 minutes before my food was brought out.

Would not recommend!! Tonight after a long day, decided to order a pizza from here once they sent us an Emergency pizza to use, so we added a bunch of extra toppings and order it. from Northernlights and Muldoon location, after getting the pizza Bit into it and after a few bites, a loud crack! I spit it all out and find a hard white plastic piece in the large chopped Italian sausage,which cracked/chipped my tooth, sorted thru to see what it was as well was a small hard plastic maybe, so Called them to let them know about it as well to see what the next steps would be, after taking with the manager “Tony” ( which the guy, very rude, aggressive as well raspy voice) and was. Way confrontational about it, asking me personal questions do you have fillings and do you think they fell out, and like when was the last time you where at the dentist. Which was out of line and not the restaurants business to know. But after trying to resolve the issue he refused to refund the free pizza” just the toppings basically and delivery fee as well we tipped what a pizza would have costed just to spread the love. But anyway the conversation was so bad my wife had to record it on her end because the things this manager was telling us, saying this is most likely as scam. And that we are looking to get a payday. Would not recommend ordering from Dominoes Pizza. We have contacted Corporate and hopefully might see a resolution, and definitely not looking for a payday just a tooth to be fixed from food from your establishment, will be contacting the Municipality of Anchorage and see if this location had other similar complaints and file one as well. And also schedule a dentistry appointment now before Thanksgiving.

This location is super conveniently located by Carrs and Cold Stone with ample yummy carry out specials. Staff has always been friendly and professional and I’ve always observed the atmosphere to be clean. Orders have always been ready as fast as they indicate and almost always in under 20 minutes. Expect longer waits on busy days like Super Bowl Sunday, but even then I’ve not had to wait longer than I was told upon ordering.

I was thoroughly impressed with this location. I had ordered some pizzas and they failed to be delivered. I called and the manager told me they would be remade and redelivered. They came promptly after that phone call and they even upgraded one of my pizzas to a larger size. No fuss, no problems. Just made it right and did me one better. Highest thanks to all workers

Ordered twice in the last week. Both times they messed up the order and had to re-deliver. My brother in law also had the same issue within the same week as well. That’s 3 occurrences in just 10 days! He said they had to re-do his order 3 times before they even got it right. This last time that I ordered, the pizza did not include all the toppings I had selected, and they didn’t bother to deliver the drink that I paid for or the sauces that I paid for. 2 stars only because the manager was actually pleasant and had it re-made, if it wasn’t for that, 1 star because this is happening wayyy too often at this location lately.

I would give it a Pizza five stars because it is what you would expect from a Domino’s Pizza, but the tater tots and the sandwich we got were a 1 ⭐️. They were both over baked, super dry, super skimpy on ingredients…. The chicken on the sandwich was really dry and hard to eat. I would say stick to the pizza.
