I rarely post reviews either way, but felt compelled here. I love jersey mikes and have been to several locations including this one. I’ve never had a negative experience but tried to order online for a pickup as I was on the run.
The sandwich was bland the the bread had to have been at least a day or two old it was almost a crouton it was so hard.
Not the standard I’ve come to expect from Jersey Mikes.

I travel all over for work, and I have been to many Jersey Mike’s locations, as I love the sandwiches. Today I stopped here. The service was excellent. However one employee came out from the back room and was just filthy. His clothes looked like they hadn’t been washed in probably ever. He was wearing crocs and his once white socks were now black. This is the kind of people you’re allowing to make people’s food. Absolutely disgusting! This made my stomach turn! I threw out my sandwich and walked out. I will never come to this branch again. Shame on the management for allowing this!

So I walked in yesterday and was met by a guy who called himself “Mr roll”. He had a dice in his hand, and he said if I guess the number correctly I would get extra, but if I was wrong I got nothing, I paid for an “Italian Combo” that strictly featured a mountain of pepperoni and what appeared to be 5 handfuls of lettuce. Is this a new promotion??

I come here most weekdays for a nice lunch before I work. The first thing I’d like to note is the staff, all very friendly and some of the most joyful people I’ve ever met. The service is quick and efficient, I hardly ever have to wait 2 minutes for my order to be finished. Of the dozen times I’ve held my luncheon here the food has been delicious. I’d love to give my personal commendations to Melany for the best Philly Cheese Steak I’ve ever eaten.

GREAT 1st time visit to a Jersey Mike’s! I will def be back based on flavor, freshness & overall experience! Order was made SO FAST! (after 8 pm on a Tues.) Ordered med.-size #2 Jersey Shore favorite, with onion, lettuce, tomato, oil and spices and added salami. It was delicious! As a native of philly area and summers at jersey shore, this was the flavor I was looking for!!!! I ate it 3 hours after buying…I think that enhanced the flavors. Only drawbacks were amount of meat seemed low(although after eating I felt full) and price seemed a tad high. Will look for $ promos in future.

I stopped going here. I used to like their roast beef, but I don’t think it’s as good as it used to be. They also discontinued my favorite – which was the grilled veggie wrap. Maybe we’ll try them again when the weather is better because I like the outdoor seating and somewhere I think we have coupons. UPDATE: this place is average. Tuna is pretty good, but sub rolls aren’t fresh.

Thought a lot about giving 2 or 1 star, at the end settled with two because although is a little bit generous given my experience, one is probably unfair to the staff and quality of the ingredients.
2 out of every 3 times I order, the order turns to be fulfilled incorrectly, sometimes incorrect bread, other times missing ingredients, but today I got a totally different item. This happens to me so often that I hardly believe is nor happening to others as well. If I arrive home with my sub and has no peppers, not a problem, I get some from the pantry and put them, forgot to remove tomatoes, NOT a problem I’ll take them off, regular bread instead of Parmigian bread, THAT IS ok, sub is still good, but when I get home and I get a totally different sub, that is a little but to far to compromise for me.
I called and they did my sub again, staff is good, courteous, and willing to address the situation, but when you already drove 12 mins each way to pick up your order, have have to go back again and come back home with the correct order, becomes almost impossible to fully cure the bad experience.
I don’t think this has happened to me before this frequently, the store is definitely in need of some quality contros, or supervision.
I’ll put my Jersey Mike’s Thursdays on pause and start looking for alternatives.

Spent $20 on a sandwich and they assumed i dont want anything but what comes standard on the sandwich.. asked for “no jalapeño” somehow they still ended up on the sandwich. but then found it somehow humorous when I DID ask for veggies to be put on my sandwich. I decided to write this review when I noticed the sandwich maker took my sandwich out of the bag, opened the sandwich up, and put veggies on it, closed the sandwich back up and handed out to back over to me with a generous amount of grease on the outside of the paper from handling the sandwich and the wrapper all the with THE SAME GLOVES FROM THE LAST CUSTOMERS ORDER!!!! extremely fed up, so much so I didn’t even want to speak to the manager who had been chewing with his mouth open both behind the counter and on the sales floor. Truly a poorly run storefront. Loved Jersey Mike’s but this kinda ruined it for me. Sorry not sorry

Feeling down? Sick of politics and everyone hating on each other? Go to Jersey Mikes!! The staff is amazing. I didn’t catch his name but I believe he’s the manager and he will brighten your day. He is engaging, genuine and KIND. I left with a smile and much happier than I came. Humans make a difference. It’s a given Jersey’s is dope but drive far if you have to for the service. Much love to JM in ridgefield.
