Two things went horribly wrong this trip:
1) They gave my wife’s drink unwiped, causing a messy and sticky situation for us all
2) They gave me my drink without the lid on all the way. So when I’m driving down the highway and go to take a sip, it spills over me and all on the console and the seat. I’m wearing suit pants that I now have to take to the dry cleaners to get the sticky chocolate off, and I have to clean the console completely because now my gear shift is completely covered
I’ve never had a problem before, but considering this was happening while I was driving 70mph, not very fun. Double check the drinks before handing them out

This is by far my favorite 7Brew! All of the employees are super friendly and always look happy to be there! I take my kids all the time and we haven’t gotten a bad drink yet. My daughter loves the strawberry white chocolate lemon freeze and my favorite is the pumpkin white mac chai

Once upon a Time in a land far far way I got the perfect customer service, oh wait it wasn’t far far away. It was at 7brew in neosho. Literally the most kind and polite people ever and I got exactly what I ordered which is very hard a most coffee shops. I talked with Caroline and she was amazing, she made my wait feel like as quick as a blink and as deep as the universe it self. I’m definitely going back because the drink I got was a lemonade energy, and it tasted better than anything I’ve ever had. If you have a couple bucks and a thirst for the best drink that you will ever hold then go to 7brew. If you go and you see Caroline please give her my thanks because she is the most pleasant person I’ve ever talked to. The end.

I am super disappointed every time I go to seven brew I never get what I order this time. I ordered their new Santa‘s cookie mocha latte. I ordered it just how it looked on the picture. Add whipped cream had drizzle even said it had whipped cream with chocolate drizzle. I got absolutely nothing on my coffee and I have pictures. This isn’t the first time if you’re gonna show a picture of how something is on your menu that is how it should go out the door.

If I could give the service 10 starts I would !! Katelynn did an amazing job making us feel welcomed! She was beyond helpful with our order and helped us pick our drinks for the evening with a long night ahead of us! Her smile really brightened out day – and all on top of that, they were just SLAMMED with people and she was still so kind and helpful! They need to have a lane that is four drinks and under because they make people late for work. I sat behind somebody. Yesterday and they had 16 drinks took forever. They need to have a speedy lane and all the other lanes. Otherwise I’m gonna have to stop going there in the mornings on my way to work. I can’t afford to be late for work because I got people in front of me ordering a crap ton of stuff this morning. I sat there for 12 minutes and somebody who was in front of me in the line ended up pulling out of line and leaving because they got sick of waiting. It’s a problem seven brew.

Listen I don’t mind 7brew but the service here is terrible and why is my chiller a complete different one than what I ordered. And the muffin top idk if it’s old or what but why is it hard!!!…def not happy with 7brew after this visit…I’ll go back to scooters they have more good options AND NEVER MESS UP MY COFFEE ANYWAY! Love 7 brew. Best coffee ever. Sometimes I wonder if some of the help missed going to 7 brew university , the way they talk to customers. While others are very polite, helpful, they just make you wanna come back. Thank you to those who do a wonderful job. We appreciate you.

Customer service is always amazing, just like the drinks! I like asking for random drinks here because the Neosho brewistas have really great taste and never disappoint when I’m looking for something new, tasty, and full of caffeine.
