Food was great, service was great, I had the breaded tenderloin, not to big and thin it was just right and could still taste the pork. Wife had a cougar burger and said it was very good and we will go back. Atmosphere ratting, I thought it was very clean and well kept. What you would expect for an older small town bar restaurant. Not fancy but the food, services, and reasonable prices topped it! We will be back, thank you!

Tenderloin was small. Saw an advertisement from a man who went and got tenderloins from all 99 counties in Iowa. Tenderloin he got was big. Tenderloin I got was smaller and not much lettuce and lettuce I got was brown. Service was quick and they clean up very quickly. Family operated.I won’t go back.

Is this Heaven, no it is the Massena Bar and Grill (Iowa). Staff is a 10/10. Food is great and fair priced. A must stop when on Main St. or near town. This place is so Iowa in all the best ways.

Saturday night, cook wore no gloves EVER. I watched him eat food, meaning he put his hand to his mouth, then touched food he was cooking, still no glove. SI took pictures, maybe a short video for the state, nasty.

Nothing fancy here. Most prices on menu had been whited out. Drinks came in cans. I had grilled tenderloin sandwich which was overcooked.

Very Dark,Dirty. Food was cold. Ordered potatoe wedges with my meal and received 5. No prices on the menu. They were like vultures and wanted dishes before you were done eating.
