Girls with red hair is not friendly and is rude. I’m a VP of a big company and my lovely employees don’t carry themselves like this young lady does. I’ll be going to a different location. Hope she gets the coaching she needs.

I usually don’t write reviews, but it seems when I walk into any retail restaurant with a large order you can kind of expect employees to roll their eyes or seem annoyed that you have a large order. Eventually you get used to it. I had 3 large subs made today by Braeden (apologies if I got his name wrong). My order was a vague text message from a friend and Braeden was patient with me as I read out the order, asked questions to make sure the order was correct, referred to me as “sir”, polite and prompt, and his general attitude tells me that he enjoys this job which is rare nowadays. He was the only employee there I could see and everything in the store appeared stocked and clean. Two thumbs up from me, I hope Subway treats him well.

Go here all the time for a lazy bite. This location is decently clean and ingredients seem fresh. At any time of the day it is hardly ever busy. Staff are pleasant and get you through quickly. Subway is a great place to get a cheaper sandwich with decent/mid quality ingredients that taste good.

Very disappointed tonight, in fact almost just walked out. An employee was making my sandwich and instead of using a knife to help fold it over, he used his hand… just put it in the sandwich and pulled it out. Thank goodness he had gloves on. But, how unappetizing !!!! I probably should have said something, but didn’t at the time. I won’t do that again tho!

Got the egg steak and cheese. Have been getting this sandwich since it first came out. Always have gotten two trays of the steak. One for each half. Was given half the meat. Asked the kid about it and said it was an extra charge. No. So thank you for reminding me why I stopped going to subways and they’re over priced sandwiches. I’ll stick to my Jersey Mikes. Ir even gas station sandwich’s over this.

I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Subway. After finishing my 4-hour dialysis treatment, I stopped in for a meal. When I was done eating, I went to use the restroom, and when I came out to leave, I discovered the main door to the outside was locked. I could not get out. I called out several times to see if anyone was there, but the store was completely empty — no one had checked the restroom before locking up, no one knocked, and no one seemed to notice my car parked right in front with the lights on and the engine running.
I was stuck inside for about 35 minutes until the police were able to contact someone from Subway to tell me how to exit the building. It was an extremely frustrating and discouraging experience, especially after a long dialysis session. What made it worse was that there was no apology, no acknowledgment, not even a small gesture like a free drink or coupon for the inconvenience.
I’ve always had good experiences with Subway before, but this one left me feeling very let down. I truly hope the management takes this situation seriously and ensures it never happens to anyone else.

I’m assuming it was the manager working. She had mostly worked by herself this night. We talked as she made my sandwiches, and I asked if she gets frustrated not having any support. She said no and I appreciate that attitude of someone who is willing to work hard for no glory. So I left a decent tip. Thanks for reminding me what customer service is meant to be. A far cry from the debacle over at Chipotle in Apple Valley off Cedar.

Two employees were on a phone call, giggling in the corner after bursting out of the back. The lady taking my order was not paying attention at all, and kept forgetting what I told her. She told the other employees that she hated them. No apology or explanation was given. I am a supervisor at a fast food restaurant, and there is no way I would let employees act like that. The girls in the back were completely unprofessional, and the ladyup front did not handle it well at all.

The guy that works weekday mornings or least did today is nice and cheerful. Great customer service, which is rare these days. The soft cookies in the box are too tempting. Yum.

Sterling is usually working when we stop in for breakfast. He is professional yet friendly and so cheerful in the morning! He exemplifies the Subway sandwich artist as he assembles everything exactly as we ask..which isn’t easy when 4 kids have different items they are picky about.
