Very good spot for fine dining while in Bar Harbor.
Drinks – 10/10
Grilled Cornbread – 8.3/10. Big piece, good flavor, a little dry so could have used a bit more sauce. Still good tho.
Maple glazed salmon – wife says excellent 10/10 and she’s a salmon snob
Ribeye – very good. 9.1/10.
House-made truffles – yummy! Out of the 4 tried, caramel is our favorite.
Peter the server – very good. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Inquired with us frequently but not too much. Helpful.

We have been coming to Bar Harbor for 30 years, I can honestly say this is the best culinary addition to the town since George’s (for those who remember) this restaurant is quite honestly a true 10 out of 10. The yellowtail appetizer was the best I’ve ever had. The dinner was delicious as well, and the staff was fantastic. Best spot I’ve been to in Bar Harbor in a LONG time

My husband and I came here for a nice dinner on our honeymoon. The food was amazing, portions were great (lobster roll was massive and definitely to Maine standards!), and the vibe of both the dishes and atmosphere was a nice balance of finer dining and small-town home cooked hospitality. We had an absolutely wonderful dining experience at Table Salt in Bar Harbor! From start to finish, everything was perfect. Our waitress, Mindy, was not only attentive and professional but also incredibly fun — she made the evening extra special with her warm personality and great recommendations.
I ordered the filet mignon, which was cooked to perfection — tender, flavorful, and beautifully presented. My wife had the pork chop, and she raved about how juicy and delicious it was.
The atmosphere was inviting, the service outstanding, and the food exceptional. This was easily one of the best meals we’ve had in Bar Harbor. Highly recommend Table Salt for anyone looking for a top-notch dining experience. We’ll definitely be back!

The bed & breakfast where we were staying recommend making dinner reservations so we consulted Google. The menu was intriguing and reviews were good, so we chose Table Salt. We were not disappointed. By far it was the best meal we had in Maine.
We started with bread service which was sourdough locally made, with an herbed butter. Wish we had more time to find the bakery and to take some home. We split a wedge and lobster bisque (so rich!), then my husband had halibut and I had lobster mac & cheeses. My husband commented frequently how good his was between “mmmm’s.” Mine was such a large portion that yielded lobster with nearly every bite. It was so large, that I only ate about a third.
We will definitely recommend Table Salt to anyone we know visiting Bar Harbor.

The entrées brought an incredible array of flavors to the palate — truly impressive. The pork chop was cooked to perfection, and their take on the Bolognese was phenomenal. The appetizers were small, overpriced, and not very memorable, but the entrées absolutely made up for it. If you had to get an appetizer I would recommend the short rib but otherwise just get a drink and go straight to the entrées.

Lovely dinner at Table Salt, eating outside on the patio in the beautiful evening Bar Harbor Summer weather. Both my husband and I had the exact same menu. We both started with the Lobster Bisque, followed by the pork chop and then finished with the 4 truffles and a latte. A perfect end to a perfect day in Arcadia Park

i have never left a review before but i just had to for this place. BEST brunch in bar harbor! this restaurant just opened up last week but you’d never know from their handcrafted cocktails and yummy, local food! the mimosa cart was such a cute addition to an amazing brunch. you have to try the pancake and the seafood platter! will for sure be back for dinner to try that lobster roll!

Incredible restaurant. We came for dinner and had the surf and turf – absolutely amazing. We also got the chocolate torte with graham cracker toffee – so good. Eli was an amazing server and the whole experience made us come back for brunch the next day, which did not disappoint. Delicious french toast, eggs benedict, and cappuccinos. At night it’s extra cozy and moody – great for date night. We will be back!
