I’m torn. The employee was a good worker, however, before he made my sandwich, he blew his nose twice, then “washed” his hands (it didn’t appear he used soap). He DID put gloves on after so that was good. But it kind of grossed me out.

I’m not sure what’s going on. I’d like to order here but I never can because it’s always “closed” on apps & Google even within their posted hours, much like the Taco Bell in West Lebanon. Needs to get with the times with online/app ordering. You’re missing out on business without modernizing. Not the only business locally failing in this regard but the longer it goes on the more blatantly obvious it will get. Disappointing. I try to purely order through apps to waste as little time as possible wherever I go as my time is always limited.

For having a pretty slim selection for people who don’t want meat, you’d think that they would have those few selections ready to go. Not the case. I simply wanted one of the veggie patty subs but was informed that they were frozen and that they couldn’t sell them frozen. I would think that at least having enough for a sandwich or two, ready to go, would make sense. It’s hard enough to find a subway that carries the veggie pattys to begin with. On top of it, they have coupon specials running in the area, so why not be prepared for what should be an increase of traffic? Do better Subway.

Ordered mobile order on 06/19. Arrived on time to no mobile orders being worked on/started. Only one employee, working extremely slow, who then tells the customer in front of me “I’ll be right back” then runs outside to talk to his friends in the parking lot. All the while, people are in line waiting. After returning, he failed to wash his hands.
I asked to have my order canceled because the app wouldn’t let me, being it was past pickup time. I was told he didn’t know how and that his manager left him all alone so he can’t help me. I asked for his managers number and he gave me a deactivated number.
The charge posted meaning he completed the order in their POS. Completed an order he never made. It’s been about 1 week and I’ve yet to hear back from corporate or the store location to have the charge removed.
I’d recommend NEVER using mobile order with Subway. I’d also recommend never using this specific location due to the numerous health code violations I witnessed in a matter of 30 minutes. It’s quite scary and has been reported to the health dept for this area. I’ll continue to wait for a response from Subway regarding this matter.

Went in about 8 PM on Friday. No one there one guy comes out, rude and insolent. What do you want. Started mangling the sandwich, threw a temper fit when I told him I wanted it toasted. I told him if he was going to mangle the sub I wouldn’t buy it and he went off, Cussing me out and told me to get the F out.Through the sub across the room. I will never go back there and will make sure everyone I know never goes in there. This is on the mini plaza across from Hannafords

Ordered 3 sandwiches for delivery, less than 1 mile away. I ordered delivery because I couldn’t leave the house. Sandwiches were missing vegetables and didn’t have the condiments. I called and they told me if I wanted the veggies and condiments, I could drive there and pick them up. At first I thought she was kidding- but no, she was totally serious. Delivery fee and tip, money not well spent.

So I’m not sure who the woman was but it is 9:01 on Wednesday June 10th and subway was just getting ready to close when my uncle, his wife, and I came in and ordered 7 custom sandwiches and she rocked every single one of them in under 10 minutes!! That is what amazing customer service is all about! She definitely deserves a raise or some sort of promotion lol!! Great job Subway!!

Drove 30 minutes to pick up 4 sandwiches i mobile ordered. Showed up, they only made 2 and refused to make the other 2. Had to call police, then they made the same 2 they already gave me. An hour of driving, $50, to have to get the police involved to get wrong food. Never again. Go to hanover street, at least they know how to read

Just went in to this subway to eat and they didn’t have any bread… only wraps and flat bread. The older gentleman that was working was polite and friendly… he said that they had been very busy but the store was spotless and ready to be closed for the day… it seem to me that they didn’t want to make anymore food. I worked at a subway for 3yrs and running out of one type of bread type was no no…and they didn’t have any bread which would be completely unacceptable. It only takes 30secs to get bread from the fridge and into the poufer and then into the oven as it’s needed.
