i ordered for delivery and got one of their brownies. it looked very concerning when i opened the wrapper so i looked at the date- expired in January. January 16th, 2025. I called to ask why they would sell me something so old and the girl on the phone said that the date is the manufacture date, not expiration date. if it was packaged in January and they are receiving it NOW… THATS STILL EXPIRED. a brownie shouldn’t look ashy and discolored.

I ordered the All American cheeseburger and chicken wings in 3 flavors – lemon pepper, golden hot, and Parmesan garlic.
So the double patty burger is great. Juicy and seasoned.

Worst experience ever. The workers are LAZY, INCOMPETENT, and unwilling to help. Why are you working if you won’t put in the work at the place you applied for?? This shows the type of work place and management from the supervisors and manager of this location of how low they are in their work ethics and decision making on hiring staffs. No one is at the front or attentive to the customers and do not bother to place orders that are already on the menu and told us to order only online. For what? Are you that lazy to take the order in person? This place is the most incompetently organized work place I have been to and it shows by the type of people they are to be running this place with this low effort.

The food is on point freshly made clean environment. The staff is very friendly the black lady I can’t remember her name. She’s a great server. The only dilemma I have is that they should add a lot more Fries that’s all but everything else is perfect. Keep up the excellent work. As you can see nothing is left behind lol and the burger it’s to die for….

It was ok. The sauces didn’t taste like what we chose, I’m not sure if they were substituted or they’re just not good sauces. The chicken was ok but tasted like it might’ve been made earlier in the day. The fries were the biggest redeemer which is why this is a 3 not a 2. When I walked in there was only 1 worker. Felt bad that she was alone.

Lack of a menu, two workers. One in kitchen one at counter… new worker couldn’t open cash register. A chicken wrap cost $11.97. I came in for wings but it wasn’t on the menu so worker couldn’t give me a price until after a purchase. I waited 15 minutes. Very poor service. Didn’t eat the wrap yet. I hope it was worth the wait.

Hands down the best wings and burger I have ever had. Hats off to Buffalo wild wings the new concept is simply amazing. Today was the first day of their opening. The food is made to order, takes a few mins but definitely beats other fast food joints. Freshness and quality both were maintained. Wings OMG fresh out the kitchen , Bacon cheeseburger had double beef patties, tater tots/ fries were crispy and the chicken tenders were juicy. Dine in option with few tables and high chairs. Prices were very resonable. Plus was the service and the ample parking without worrying about getting a ticket. Highly recommended

So I went to order an online deal around 11:08pm on 6/29/25. The store closes at 12midnight.
When I walked in and told her the app isn’t working and tried to place my order, she (the employee) said to me she can’t drop more than 10 wings because they were closing up soon.
By now it’s 11:10pm. 50 minutes until closing. She pretty much told me to leave without telling me to leave.
Completely terrible service by the lady, and it made our night extremely inconvenient. If you are closed at midnight why couldn’t you take my money?
I came back to this bww because I found it actually great the first time. Not this time.
