Food was perfect. We tried escargo, steak sandwich, lobster rolls, smash burger and walleye. Top of the line, that’s for sure. Will be back.

Came here for lunch wife my wife and her family who was visiting. Staff is incredibly friendly and the food is wonderful. We started off with the escargot which was prepared nicely. The warm lobster roll was delicious and the side salad was a perfect compliment for it. They do an incredible job here and my wife and I can’t wait until we can come back. If you are unsure of where to go and want a quick great meal make sure to stop by

We had the French Onion Soup burger which was absolutely the most savory, gooey cooked to a beautiful medium on a seeded bun which was toasted to perfection. Smothered with Gruyère cheese and deeply caramelized onions it was served with a generous portion of crispy fries and an Au jus which elevated it to absolutely the best burger we’ve had in quite a while. I got mine with a beef patty and my wife got hers with the vegetarian burger option which she said was amazing.
We look forward to returning soon!

First and foremost, Please go check this place out, it’s tucked away in the back right corner of the market and it’s a gem that’s easy to miss.
This lobster roll was excellent. I will be going back for this and the other menu items that I’m sure are also great choices.

Everything about this place was exceptional — warm, genuinely welcoming service, and food that felt thoughtful without trying too hard. But let’s talk about the lobster roll for a second because WOW.
Perfectly toasted, buttery bun. Huge, tender pieces of lobster. Not drowning in mayo. Just bright, fresh, and absolutely loaded in the best way. It’s one of those dishes where you take the first bite and immediately stop talking because your brain needs a moment. ✨ we also enjoyed the walleye chowder which had tender flaky fish, it was perfectly rich and creamy.
You can tell this is a kitchen that really cares — every detail felt intentional.
Already planning my return visit… mostly for that lobster roll.

Absolutely phenomenal, their business model for high class experience is unique. High class dining but in a manner that is executed without reservations, intimidation, or having to feel “posh”. It redefines the dining experience to bring French cuisine in an accessible manner. It’s a major improvement and upgrade compared to many dining experiences I have come across having lived in major cities across the US. Balance in flavor is executed with the utmost thought. I cannot recommend this place enough, I seriously hope Chef Justin opens up a restaurant in town as well to expand his business model! Bien joué Chef’s House and all those involved!

The portions were great, especially when speaking of the lobster roll. Generous chunks of lobster in a delightful herbed lemon sauce. The food was hot fresh and so incredible. Crispy fries. Succulent soft pieces of steak on the sandwich as well. An awesome atmosphere to enjoy with friends and watch the happenings and going on. A grand ole time!

The lovely people at The Chef’s House have a true love of food and it shows. The care they put into each dish is phenomenal and their choice of ingredients is very high quality and thoughtful. We will absolutely be coming back on our next stop through Saint Joe’s! 10/10
