Update 6 Nov: the guy we dealt with during our visit on 4 Nov around 5PM, was not pleasant and certainly didn’t know what he was doing. My kid spotted a photo of him for “Employee of the Month,” which my kid told me after we’d left and were discussing how awful the guy was… so we’re both confused as to how he was given such an award. He needs to learn to listen and how to make an order as the customer says, and do it all without being rude. I removed a star because of him! The young lady working with him (whom finished our sandwiches and took payment) was wonderful, and she knew what she was doing in all aspects. I really hope she was the one whom received the tip I added to my card payment.
Original: haven’t been here in a couple of years, and my visit on 13 Oct was just as amazing as I remember!
First off, Judy is the best and runs the restaurant perfectly. She made my sandwich just right today, and was her usual happy and sweet self during our interaction. The employee working with her was efficient and listened well.
My sandwich, the Mexicali, was so yummy… the chips and cookie selection was great as always… and the raspberry tea satisfied my craving! See photos for the deliciousness, and stop here for your Subway fix!

Vanessa is absolutely INCREDIBLE!! On the afternoon of Oct. 23rd she had a line wrapping around the store and handled everything flawlessly! She was very fast, polite, and did it all with a smile on her face! If she’s working you will not be disappointed. Give that woman a raise!! Blessings to her and the baby she has on the way, she’s a very hard worker and subway is lucky to have her around.

I had to wait 40+ minutes for my sandwich. Put 2 people to work in the front. Online and take in person orders. The guy working is only working on people who came. Hadn’t touch anyone’s online order that much

I ordered ahead online. Sometimes their printer doesn’t print the order. I showed up 10 minutes prior to the time it was supposed to be ready. The amazing woman working made sure my food was still ready in time. Amazing staff they have. The sandwich was delicious and she added just the right amount of onions…..an ungodly amount that I asked for. I will be back.

Went n to the restaurant at 11:15. They had 1 piece of 6” wheat and 1 flat bread. Servicer stated they wouldn’t have any bread ready for 45 minutes. This is a sandwich shop. Totally unacceptable service.

I have eaten lunch here every couple of weeks since the place opened many years ago. The people are nice, and the food is good, but there is one major problem. Cookies are one of the best items at Subway, but this location frequently does not have cookies available by 11 AM, when I normally eat lunch. I could eat here twice a week if cookies were available. If you want more business, focus on the cookies.

You won’t get what you order online. After filing a complain, they replied saying that we are not required to have everything on our menu. I ordered a veggie Pattie sandwich and since they didn’t have it, they made whatever they felt like making. The worst part is, when I went to pick it up, I wasn’t even told about this blunder.

Worst experience ever young man at the counter told me he rushing fixing my sandwich so fast bc he had adhd with the store owner /supervisor on the phone when I asked for a refund the store owner or manager that was on the phone proceeded to tell employee to keep serving customers and I would have to figure it out very unprofessional

I would love to sing the praises of this establishment, but the counter person, Denise, while an expert in making the sandwich, she should never be placed at the front counter.
She made an excellent sandwich, but the attitude was thick with sarcastic niceness.
She never greeted us, the first words out of her mouth was “what kind of bread”, and it went south from there.
While I will visit Subway again, just not this one if Denise is there.
