The worst experience of my life. I’m 49 years old, and I remember the old Taco Bell double-decker tacos. This new “Y5K Decades” promotion is a scam. I ordered two double-decker, and they gave me a cheap made ones. Just look at the pictures. Then I decided to talk to the manager, and she told me the owner had told the employees to watch the proportions. What? If that’s the old double-decker, then Taco Bell isn’t the one I used to know anymore. I’m sorry, but then I’ll buy food somewhere else that doesn’t rip off customers.

I live nearby and love Taco Bell.
They always seem to struggle with staffing. My husband is vegan and they always seem to adhere to his dietary needs.
Sometimes the drive through is a long wait due to lack of staffing.

No counter help at all! I had to order and pay for my carry out food on a screen- no, not what I wanted to do.
I waited inside for acarryoutorder if tacox3 1/2 hour. REDICULOUS. I had gone inside because they are notorious for slow drive through. There were times while the 4 of us customers waited for our food that workers were standing idle where food was being assembled. I don’t believe they actually cook here. I think they just have to assemble. Corporate really needs to take a strong look at the LACK of streamlining at this location.

Have used this Taco Bell drive thru for some time. Have always received reasonably fast service and interactions with staff pleasant and friendly. My personal opinion is that the basic order of tacos needs more meat, when placing request for additional meat corresponding price increase. Will continue to stop.

Every time I get a craving for Taco Bell I drive by this place. If there are any cars in the drive thru I just keep on driving because I don’t want to wait 30 minutes for FAST FOOD. One of the slowest Taco Bell‘s I’ve ever been to. Friday night 1/2/26 8:20 in the evening and it’s taking like eight minutes per order through the drive-through. Something needs done to correct this ASAP.

Food was fine, but it took almost 30 minutes to get my dine in order even though when I placed it there was only one other person in the dining room. Manager on duty mentioned to the people who had gathered and placed orders that they have to fill drive thru orders first. Why even have a dining room?

Tacos were really good good meat to veggie ratio they were warm and honestly looked like tacos for their commercial almost perfect.

It’s 9:20 pm on a Sunday, Been in the drive thru for twenty minutes I’m in it now, there are two good things about this location the rest is my opinion but i personally think they suck.
1. They are the only food place open around this area and they are open until 3 am.
2. They SOMETIMES get your order right and make the food good, guess depends on the workers inside. It’s half and half.
Now the bad. I’ve been here a few times and they turned me away, no tortillas, no beef, have even told me they couldn’t take my order at all unless I waited 20 minutes to even place my order! I had to wait in the parking lot and they almost wouldn’t still take it at that time and were closing soon.
I wouldn’t even come here but my wife likes the steak soft taco with avocado ranch and my daughter loves soft tacos with sour cream so I come here sometimes. If you need food late you’ll be kind of forced to wait and endure them getting your order wrong maybe, your other option late is to drive to Polaris prkwy Steak N Shake they’re open late too.
If it’s not late go to a different Taco Bell honestly, they really get 3 stars here and I actually really enjoy Taco Bell’s food usually. But the long lines, not getting orders right, and sometimes turning down your order all are things fast food shouldn’t be. My opinion, take it as you will.
Update: Just getting my food and leaving at 9:32 pm, 32 minute wait in the drive thru line.
Food was decent, burritos were smaller than usual, and tortillas were over cooked, better than under cooked I guess, which they do here too. First 5-6 times I came here they didn’t cook the tortillas at all. But I was hungry so it wasn’t too bad. At least the beef, sour cream and nacho cheese were fresh.
Wife’s food and daughters food were similar in quality, except their tortillas were fine just over loaded with lettuce.
