You are not only getting the best nutritional value of ALL fast foods, you are also tasting a family recipe that dates back to the early 1900’s. Grandma Farinacci made her dough and sauce on a regular basis. Coming from Italy, growing their own fruits and vegetables was commonplace. Everything was always fresh. Farinacci Pizza maintains that tradition every day. Our pizza and dressings are made without preservatives. We use only 100% real cheese. Our dough is made each day we are open for business. We use only natural seasoning in our sauces. None of our products are pre-cooked or frozen. Farinacci Pizza opened its Brecksville location in 2021.

They checked all the boxes of the perfect nostalgic pizza shop! From the minute we walked in, they greeted us and were so friendly! We felt so welcome, and our server Heather and Mrs. Farinacci were so nice to talk to and were so friendly with our toddler! The pizza was delicious, especially the perfectly crispy crust; they accommodated my dairy allergy much better than most places, which I very much appreciate!
We have ordered from there in the past, but we will definitely be dining in more!

Cash only and a simple menu with simple topping options. You won’t find bacon, cauliflower, broccoli, on any of these pizzas. It’s super old school and delicious. You won’t be upset if you give it a chance. Also each topping is very intentionally placed on the pizza so there are all the things on each slice.

Overall the pizza is good. Crust is nice and toppings are solid. My only complaint is that the sauce is a bit thin and watery. This causes the cheese and toppings to slide around and the pizza can get a bit messy. Service is friendly and prices are in line with market.

Ohhh myyyy gosh!!! Where do I start? I am 55 years old, old enough to remember REAL pizza!! You know the kind? The “Mom & Pop” hole-in-the-wall pizza parlor of the past ALWAYS had the BEST pizza!! This place has NAILED IT!! Also, I can not forget to mention the fresh, crisp & delicious dinner salad!!Absolutely outstanding service, fantastic pizza that rivals even the pizzas of the past!! Awesome pizza!! And their salad is also very good with their homemade italian dressing. We go quite often to the Brecksville or Northfield location. When I brought my grandkids they said it was the best pizza they ever had. Highly recommended!!!
