I ordered fancy Nancy and cranberry Kelli. I was disappointed in Nancy, it didn’t have any grapes, had 1 small piece of apple and the pecans were chopped so small I couldn’t even taste them. The Kelli was very good, full of cranberries and shivered almonds nice and crunchy. It was a good amount of food for $12.50. Would go again.

We stopped for lunch and had the Turkey Club with Broccoli Salad ($11.09) and the Chicken Salad Melt with Mac n’ Cheese ($11.09). We ordered at the counter, and our food was delivered to the table after a short wait. The club had two thick slices of turkey and was filled with all the fixings and was very good. The broccoli salad was delicious. The melt and mac n’ cheese was good as well. The orders came with a pickle spear and a small cookie. The place was fairly busy with both dine in and carry out orders. If you like chicken salad, this is a place to visit.

i’m disappointed to leave this review as I genuinely love Chicken Salad Chick, but this location has consistently fallen short of expectations. over multiple visits, i’ve noticed a pattern of issues specifically with takeout orders. perhaps dine in service receives better attention.
the problems have been ongoing: missing ingredients that i’ve paid extra for, insufficient portions of grape salad (which led me to start ordering double), and today’s experience was the final straw for me. i ordered a side of grape salad and they literally gave me 8 PLAIN GRAPES with sugar on them, hardly what should be expected from this menu item.
i’ve given this location numerous opportunities to improve, but the recurring quality and accuracy issues have made it clear that i need to take my business elsewhere. i hope management will address these takeout service concerns for the benefit of other customers.

This is a small chain. I went to their Albuquerque and Dayton locations and they are consistent between them. I love the Kickin’ Kay Lynne on the cheddar and bacon croissant. Their sandwiches are excellent, and offer a good amount of variety between chicken salad flavors and sides. I took my mom here and she loved it. 5 stars all around!

The food here was nice. It was my first time trying Chicken Salad Chick. I went on grand opening day, so obviously, the service was really good but not true of future state.
The menu was way more extensive than I thought it would be, so that was surprising and good. I think more chicken salad could be added to the sandwiches. The grape salad was really good! The parking, however, was not. The restaurant wasn’t full, but the parking lot definitely was. They’re competing with the winery, spa, nail shops, and soon to be the Mexican spot, and there’s already no parking. I hope that gets resolved quickly.

Great chicken salad. They have multiple twist on what you can get. I had the one with bacon and ranch and it was delicious. Good choices for sides also, mac and cheese, and pasta salad are my favorites. Croissant rolls are good but I would change one thing. Maybe I missed this and will have to ask next time I go in. Can we get the croissant toasted? That would easily make this place a five star stop for a good lunch. Even with out this I would say 4 1/2 stars!

The food is very good, but the quality control is very poor. I have found hair in my chicken salad on 2 occasions. Unfortunately it was on a takeout order so no way to quickly fix it since I dont live close by, so had to find something else to eat. If they can fix this and respect the food and serve their customers properly treated food, this would be a great spot.

Very unique restaurant. They feature several varieties of chicken salad with many types of soups and salads on the side. You can order sandwiches or just scoops served with crackers. They also have desserts. Would definitely recommend.
