Stopped in while we were in the area for the evening on the recommendation of a friend who lives nearby. What a fun place and delicious, fresh food! They has a vegetarian protein option that was really good! Great, friendly service! Relaxed atmosphere. Kid friendly. Would definitely come again!

The veggie menu has also a good proposal.
This place has a much better proposal -no rice and beans included- which makes it very good.

When you travel to as many cities as I do seeking delicious tacos and you find one in your backyard you keep it a secret for a little while. Secret is out. COMAL_at_FortThomas just hits the spot. I always get the Tres Marias w/ a bottle of coke. Sometimes accompanied with chorizo queso + chips. Get the madre salsa if you love the spicy tingle on your lips chefs kiss x 100000. A+ on the food, atmosphere, + amazing family that runs the joint. Communities need more places like this!
